Pros:

I can't believe how well it worked! Reduced redness by nearly 50%. Helps with existing pimples as well as wards off new ones.

Cons:

A bit of a burning feeling and my face did get red but settled down within minutes.

I am a late in life acne sufferer and was facing the whole Accutane "do I or don't I" question. I was basically running out of options. My doc gave me a sample of this miracle in a can and gave me hope. If you are given this treatment as an option, take it. If you aren't ask for it. It really works.

Pros:

Because it's foam, it's not as drying. No initial breakout. Fast results.

Cons:

Nothing miraculous, stopped working after a while, became watery after some time

After my doctor gave me samples, I decided to give it a try. It didn't cure my acne, but it did greatly improve my skin overall. I did still breakout occasionally if I was really stressed out or on my period. Another good thing was that a little bit goes a long way. A sample can (30 mL I think?) lasted me about 3 months. After about 6 months, however, my cysts were coming back so I stopped using Evoclin. Now my cystic acne has gotten so bad that I went to the dermatologist and I am about to start Ziana and oral antibiotics. I'm pretty confident, however, that Evoclin will clear up mild acne, not cystic acne.

Pros:

none

Cons:

does not work

I have been using evoclin for about a month now and my skin has actually gotten worse... I hate it. I figured that I would just keep on taking it and eventually it would work, but i'm going to stop because this product sucks...

Pros:

Does not smell, absorps quickly into skin. Seems to work very well for me.

Cons:

Takes a bit to start seeing results. For me, it got worst, now it's getting better.....
Stings a bit when applied, but that doesn't last long.

It seems to be working out well. I have suffered with acne since age 17, i will 30 very soon...have tried everything on the market including acctune, which helped for a bit, but the acne returned. I will stick with using this foam....my face is so smooth aside for about 5 small bumps, which seems to be halfway gone. My skin is not that oily anymore. I am super happy with the results that I have seen so far....I hope this one's a keeper!!! :)

Pros:

kept pimples away

Cons:

DRYING made my face hurt and feel tight. the stuff burned going on.

Only for people with tons of pimples (does NOTHING for blackheads) or oily skin types. Expensive.

Pros:

it works--loved the foam

Cons:

side effects--cramping, diahrea

I used this in total for a bit over 1 year--about 7 or 8 months in i got really bad cramps and bad diahrea which I didn't realize was caused by the evoclin til after i discontinued use and the cramps stopped. Unfortunately, the diahrea didn't, and I STILL (after 2 years), have problems which I believe were caused by this medication. I Would still be using it if it weren't for the terrible side effects that I feel like temporarily or permanently screwed up my innards :) lovely. good luck.
