Pros:

SEE RESULTS QUICKLY
MY DOCTOR GAVE ME A CARD TO ACTIVATE & USE AS A SECOND INS. AND IT ONLY COST ME $ 25.00

Cons:

DRYS SKIN JUST A LITTLE

I'm 43 years old and I have to take medicine ..... one of the side effects is acne. I had to go see a dermatologist. He put me on Solodyn for 6 weeks and I went back to see him. I seen a big improvement. At this point , he gave me another precripition of Solodyn and Ziana. I starting applying the Ziana right away and I have seen a difference in just a week. It's been 1 month and the brusing (from squeezing) are fading away each day. MY face is almost back to normal and I'm very happy !!!!! I encourage you to use this medication it works wonders and I hope my testimony can help others.

Pros:

Cleared up all my acne on my forehead and doesnt turn my skin red. Keeps acne away and clears up scars :)

Cons:

Takes about 1 month to see results and makes your acne break out alot more/faster within that first month of using it. You just kinda gotta suck it up and take it cause the results are great

I would recommend it to anyone who has a acne problem, quite affordable also

Pros:

It really works!

Cons:

Shockingly expensive for those of us without prescription drug insurance!

It worked! At first, as many others have said, skin did get worse. It took a few weeks of it looking awful before face started to clear up. But, now it looks terrific! I am thrilled with results. However, I have to stress that this medicine is not for those without drug coverage. I paid $305.00 at CVS for the large tube. No, that is not a misprint. I actually paid $305.00 for a tube of acne medicine!!! Bottom line: it does seem to work, but if you don't have coverage, ask your derm for some cheaper alternatives. This drug does not come in generic, but there ARE other alternatives that do.

Pros:

I can't think of one...

Cons:

did not help acne.

this product was a little expensive and did not clear acne at all. I think my dermatologist told me to use this as a spot treatment and it did not actually do anything.

Pros:

seems to clear up my acne for a short time

Cons:

after a day or two of my face looking clear, i will begin to break out with 1 or 2 pimples.

i have been on this product for only 3 weeks so i am trying to give it a fair shot. i read that your skin may become worse before it gets better and im really hoping that is the case. i am beyond frustrated and upset with products that dont work. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know im desperate and getting depressed.

Pros:

My doctor said it is great for anti-aging...

Cons:

Dsoes not really dry, remains sticky on skin after applying which I noticed no one said but that bothers me because it gets all over my pillow when applied at night...and in the morning it cannot be used at all in my opinion b/c it remains sticky.

It may work for some people, it's worth trying if you have severe acne. If you have the occasional pimple...? I am not sure. My doctor did tell me he likes it for anti-aging also and recommended I put it all over my face, including by my eyes...although I will say it will dry your skin out and leave it red...when that happens, I think it helps to discontinue for a day or so to help with the dryness/redness.

Pros:

Reduces major pimples in a short time with continued use. And reduces redness.

Cons:

Sometimes leaves patches of dry skin where severe acne bumps were.

This product seemed to work immediately after I used it, but then a week later, I broke out horribly. But when I continued to use Ziana, it cleared up the large acne spots I had an they were gone in about 5 days. Now I'm left with a few small pimples, and some dry patches. Its nothing I cant deal with. Just use a litte moisterizer with it.

Pros:

It clears up the major pimples.

Cons:

After about a year, it doesn't do much and sometimes just makes the problem worse.

I was prescribed this acne gel. At first, it dried out my skin terribly and made me break out worse then ever before. I was going to stop using it, but then i realized it made everything better. After about 6 months, my face was perfectly clear. I decided to keep using it just in case the pimples decided to come back. That was a mistake! Now i am almost back to where i started. I used it on my forehead and now it's covered. My advice- don't use it when you don't need it.

Pros:

Doesn't take much to do the job and doesn't smell or leave residue.

Cons:

Pricey if you don't have insurance. Dry skin!

This is a great product to use. I already have sensitive skin so I was expecting dryness. At first I tried to use more than the recommended amount. Don't do this!! It will make your skin very very dry. After my skin got used to it, with some moisturizer I was fine. Took about a week but am seeing a difference now. My skin when it does break out they clear up very fast and the marks are more minimal now. Definitely takes some time to see a major difference though. Worth it to wait it out. I am on this with doxycycline.
