Pros:

Helps clear up already existing pimples quickly and is easy to use.

Cons:

It is expensive, it didn't prevent my acne from forming and caused me to have break outs worse then before.

This product was really good for treating big, red and inflamed pimples. It reduced the swelling withing a few hours of applying it to the infected site. However it has really made my face break out since it doesn't seem to be preventing my break outs from occurring. I only applied it once a day like the doctor said and it caused itchy dry patches on my face (which I know is common with these acne topical treatments). In my opinion it isn't worth the money.

Pros:

Got the rebate card, cleared skin a bit. No itching, flaking, drying, or redness.

Cons:

Have not used it long enough, made me breakout, oily skin throughout the day, gel smells

I have not used ziana enough to really see the full results, I just hope that I am not using this for nothing. It has been exactly 5 weeks. I dont think I will judge it entirely until I have reached 8 weeks of treatment. I am using this at night with a benzoyl peroxide gel in the morning.

Pros:

It works Great! I've suffered from acne for 7 years and this product REALLY works! My skin feels much smoother, and I've noticed a drastic improvement in only two weeks.

Cons:

It is expensive, however it's worth it. It also tends to make my skin very oily and I now have little bumps on my forehead which I'm sure will go away soon.

I stilll break out with occaisonal small pimpes, but I plan to stick with the regime and I'm sure I'll start seeing even better results considering it takes at least 8 weeks for full results.

Pros:

None so far.

Cons:

Allergic reaction.

I'm not going to be too quick to lay the blame squarely on Ziana, but I started using Ziana about three days ago, after my dermatologist prescribed it for me. By the second night after I started to use it, I got an allergic reaction on my arms and wrist area (like hives). I thought it was too odd of a place for it to be from Ziana and chalked it up to eating something I didn't know I was allergic to. It went away very quickly. Last night was the third night and today, I'm having a very bad allergic reaction. This time it's on my face as well. Unfortunately my derm isn't available on weekends so I have to wait until next week to get any answers from him, but I'm not sure if it's from Ziana. I'm hoping it's not. I'm not going to use it tonight and see what happens. Has this occured to anyone else? Or maybe someone you know of with not only Ziana but any acne prescription? I've never had an allergic reaction to anything else before, so it's really odd for me.<

Pros:

i just started using, so i have hi hopes! people here say its doing a fine job

Cons:

It does make your acne worse, the first couple of weeks. You just have to stick to your guns and ride it through.

An acne product that makes acne worse?? well it was explained to me that it kind of gathers all the oil on your face, body concentrates it there then it disperses leaving less oil. (think of how the death star fires, it charges then shoots). SO yeah it does suck having worse acne then when i started, but ill hold out and see if it works. The only downside is, its not that flattering and its California, everybody here is a critic lol.

Pros:

My face looks refreshed and clear.

Cons:

I didn't think it was working at first because my face wasn't peeling like it did with other stuff.

My face looks soooo much better than it did. Even though my doctor said it would take 12 weeks to see results, I saw results after just 3. I love this product. You really don't have to use very much and it lasts for a long time.

Pros:

Flawless skin
Easy to use
minimize appearance of scars

Cons:

some peeling at first. subsides after a couple of weeks.

Clears skin in no time. Skin looks great after only 1 month of use. BEST ACNE PRODUCT EVER!

Pros:

Cleared some acne

Cons:

Made me break out by my side burns and a few pimples here and their.

I have moderate acne not like cystic but i get like 5-10 average sized then small ones by my forehead and chin. I got ziana gel subscribed by my doctor and he told me it takes 1 month to work but idk its been like 2 1/2 weeks and i dont see to many improvements. I used Oil-Free Moisture from Neutrogena in the shower(once a day) And i have used every type of acne cream, i am still afraid of accutane and other pills. Facewash i really only use soap or Neutrogena wash with like beads, its weird.

Pros:

Works! Best stuff I've ever used. Takes a couple weeks, and then perfectly clear skin. Better than anything I have EVER used... and I've used EVERYTHING.

Cons:

Too darn expensive. No insurance coverage over a certain age.. I think it's like 34 or 37. This is MY insur company... your co might be different. When I had coverage, I paid $15. Otherwise... it's like $250.

If your insur covers, GET IT! If not, you better be rich.
