Pros:

It works, and it works quickly! I have used everything, and nothing has been able to clear up the blackheads on my nose. Benzaclin obliterated the blackheads on my nose in less than a week! It also works wonders for acne, of course!

Cons:

It made my skin itch really badly the first week that I began using it. It's very drying, but again, I only noticed the really bad drying for the first week. It's expensive! It has benzoyl peroxide in it, so of course it will probably stain clothes.

I have tried everything. I have tried home remedies, antibiotics, salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide face-washes, pads, scrubs and face-masks! But nothing I have ever used has worked as well as Benzaclin. Benzaclin is the swiss army knife of all acne medications. Pimples? Gone! Blackheads? History! Benzaclin is the closest that we have come to a cure for acne. It's expensive, but it is absolutely worth it! The best combination that I have found is to use an exfoliating facial scrub before applying the Benzaclin (St. Ives Apricot Scrub, for example) and of course to take some sort of oral antibiotic. Again, it's expensive. I'm not sure if it's worth $100+ for someone just getting by, but if you have insurance and can get it for $50 or less -- do it!

Pros:

Really clears up your skin. I cleared up about 85% of my acne.

Cons:

Kind of expensive. Drying.

But most importantly: It starts to become inaffective after a while. I used it for 2 years and I'd say after 8 months it didn't work as well as it used to. Still kept most acne at bay, but I experienced more bre

Good if you are a teenager just going through hormonal acne. But if you experience adult acne you might want something with more durability. I still had a good experience with this product and I'm glad it kept me clear for as long as it did.

Pros:

Clears skin in about a week, never have pimples again.

Cons:

Your skin gets very dry if you don't use a moisturizer. A simple OTC moisturizer works just well.

You should really get this product. It works very well and it is worth thet money. This little ounce of cream will boost your self-confidence 100%.

Pros:

It gets rid of ALL your pimples, and you rarely have any breakouts if you wash your face twice a day, too.

Cons:

Okay... there's a lot. My skin is really dry now and flakes all the time. I've tried like four different moisturizers, and they all have either burned my face more or my skin just dried out within ten minutes. Oh & I got sun burn in the middle of Nov

Clears away all your acne, for the price of dry skin.

Pros:

My skin was "jacked up" for about 5 months. I triend everything even an organic diet. Then a co-worker recommended this procduct. My face was noticeably smoother with in 3 or 4 days. I have only been using it for two weeks and it's working great!

Cons:

Excessive dryness and peeling. Just use a moisterizer first before applying the Benzaclin and it helps to counteract the dryness.

I would recommend this product to anyone who has a bad case of acne. It works so good and so fast. But you still got to drink your water everyday and stay away from sugar. Drinking water flushes out the impurities in your body and helps the product to work even better.

Pros:

tried it and it left white spot marks and scars on my face.

Cons:

not good

Will the white spot marks and scars ever go????? And if so how long ?????/

Pros:

cleared up acne!
even reduced scars.
great for overnight use on big stubborn pimples.

Cons:

stopped working after three years of use..... sigh.

obviously like any other topical medications, it'll take a while to see results. but it IS worth the wait! i had major issues in sixth grade, and i'm not really sure when it was noticable that it started working, but by seventh grade, my face was amazing[; i did have random pimples, but i would get a peasize amount to cover it and the next day it would go away or reduce in size. but sadly, after a couple years, i started breaking out [cause i used clearasil ULTRA, which sucks] and so i tried duac again on it, and it worked for a little bit, but i didn't really help at all. so i'm upset! and my face is gross at the moment. [i'm a freshman now] and so yeah, just try it - it REALLY works.

Pros:

It cleared my face pretty well when I was using it

Cons:

When I stopped using it, I broke out worse than I ever have!!; drying--even areas it was not applied and made my fine lines worse; bleached out pillowcases, towels, washcloths; burned eyes when i would sweat

Not worth it! I quit using this product a couple of months ago and I am still more broken out than I EVER was before I used it (I am 39 and have been dealing with acne since my mid 20's)!!

Pros:

cleared up my skin and is keeping my skin almost fully clear

Cons:

price w/o insurance, drys skin and bleaches towels

buy it if you don't have to worry about its high cost I've tried a lot of acne medications and this has worked the best.
