Pros:

This product works just as it should, my acne has gotten severely better and continues to stay that way.

Cons:

In my area this product costs about $90 for a tube.

If you are a "name-brand" person, this will be great for you. If not, Benza Clin is the same product but due to its off brand stature, its about one-third of the price.

Pros:

Did what it was supposed to do (clear acne.) It did the full job in only the 3 months of summer, and stopped my pores from making excess oil.

Cons:

Dries out skin if used after acne is gone.

I love this treatment. It did what it was supposed to do and left me not dissappointed. After spending years looking for the right solution I finally found something that I can always depend on if the acne war starts again. The only thing I should warn you about is that you should maybe use something like Neutrogena Gentle Moisturizing cleanser right before using the cream because the harsh chemicals do dry out the skin. After your acne is gone I recommend halting your usage of the cream and starting a new regimen that consists of preventing acne not attacking it. Benzaclin will start eating away at your skin and making rough patches if it has nothing to attack.

Pros:

Works well after a few applications and results are very clear skin

Cons:

Dries out skin well, after 8 weeks i could no longer use product as my skin was massively irritated each time applied

A good quick fix, but irritation was just too much to continue using.

Pros:

It works REALLY well, IT cleared up my skin within hours of using it. It keeps your breakouts maintained for as long as you use it

Cons:

Stains EVERYTHING, pillow cases, clothes, and towels.

it also gives you a bad case of dry skin.

With insurance this product is pretty cheap. It's also good for the redness around the acne aswell as the acne its self. I found it works GREAT at first, and with constant use you won't break out(just the occasional pimple). For example, this summer i ran out of it, and after about a month my acne was pretty much to where it as before i began using it. Then when I got back I got some more and in about 2 days it pretty much cleared out my acne. I had it pretty bad to.

Pros:

Worked after 1 night! My face is no longer red...helped with Rosacea too!

Cons:

Kind of expensive.

I haven't had any dryness but I am also using a great moisturizer. I love this product. After trying everything in the drug store for acne I finally went to my Dr. for help...I put it on right before I went to bed and I woke up with clearer skin.

Pros:

It works well with 100mg of oral Minomycin daily to treat existing pimples and prevent new breakouts by attacking bacteria.

Cons:

Not only does the product become less effective as it nears expiration, you will find that in time, both the oral and topical anti-biotics render themselves useless.

I have used this combination therapy for my moderate acne for 5 years and with each new prescription I have noticed that the results are less noticeable as breakouts persist in spite of the medication.

Pros:

dramatically helps with acne

Cons:

kind of expensive, seems to stop working over time, dries out skin

Overall this has been a good product for my acne. It dries out my skin though, and it doesn't seem to prevent new breakouts, though it does do a good job treating the ones that are there. When I use this in conjunction with Differin gel, my skin has never looked better. However, it seems like once the cream gets closer to the expiration date it stops working as well and I break out a lot more.

Pros:

Leaves my skin soft and smooth. Doesn't dry my face out at all. I have ALMOST no pimples.

Cons:

Well, I heard it bleaches clothing but I have yet to see this.

Great Product. Very Affordable. I Highly recommend it. Works better than Proactive.

Pros:

Its AMAZING - Makes you not get any new pimples... Helps with my razor burn too

Cons:

Drying ( If you dont use a moistureizing mask like me =] )

In 3 days of using this I did not get any new pimples BUT this can be very drying to your skin. I use this twice a day, morning and before I go to bed. I also use this after i rub witch hazel all over my face. And to cope with the drying I use a honey mask every 2-3 days. ( A year ago I used this with tazorac ~ made my face BRIGHT RED so be careful if you have sensitive skin like me ) ~ paid 15 bucks ( INSURANCE FTW ) ~
