Pros:

reduces break outs and causes redness to go away. Should see clearer skin in about 2 weeks

Cons:

burns at first, especially after using shaving cream. Makes skin peel, but dont give up. Many people do.

Its an effective product. U should very small amount. One pea size amount should be used on all of the face. Dont use more than that, otherwise ull get ithching and peeling.

I wanted to reply to one of the messages someone posted. They asked if anyone knew of a gentle cleanser they could use before applying medication. I definitely suggest trying Purpose Bar Soap before applying duac, or any other medication to the face. It can be drying, and will leave a tight feeling right after you wash your face. After washing my face in the morning with Purpose soap, I apply duac, and then moisturizer (which is a MUST!) At night I do the same thing (the bar soap really takes off make-up effectively, leaving you with nothing but sweaky clean skin)Then I put on a different medication and I usually don't follow with moisturizer at night. Hope this helps! I really believe that Purpose bar soap is the best gentle cleanser you will find!

Pros:

clears acne, easy to apply, does not smell bad, just one time a day

Cons:

makes my skin a litlle bit dry

i have moderate severe acne. I've used so many products in the past few years. This product works miracles for me and i am just using this for over a week now. My skin feels actually very smooth now. Everybody noticed the difference.

Pros:

Works most of the time

Cons:

Dryness of skin, you become immune to it an it doesn't work as well

Ive tried everything from clean & clear, to skin ID.. this works most of the time but i become immune to it after a while so i stopped using it for a while an have recently started using it again so hopefully it works.

Pros:

Works, works, works!

Cons:

Has to be refrigerated, causes dryness & appearance of fine lines (perhaps due to dryness)

After I had my daughter, my hormones were crazy & out-of-whack. I suddently developed cystic acne. I tried several things and nothing worked. I was growing frustrated & annoyed and wanted my clear skin back! I switched dermatologists and she prescribed DUAC. Started working within days! Awesome.

Pros:

Works well! I saw a difference in about a week, completely cleared my acne in a little over a month. This stuff is amazing!

Cons:

Expensive!! Dries your skin, but you can use a mild face moisturizer with it and it'll take care of any dryness or burning. Also bleaches clothes & towels, so be careful.

I does exactly what it says it will do, I'm impressed by how fast it started working. I'm 29 and have had acne for almost 10 years. This was the only thing that cleared it up!

Pros:

Good consistency. Doesn't have an odor. Easy to apply. It really cleared up my serve acne.

Cons:

Made me break out worse when i first started using it. Made my face red and chapped. Although my face began to get used to it. If you stop using it acne will return over time but not as severe as before.

This stuff really works guys. My dermatologist prescribed me (Duac, Differin, Dorox 100mg tablets) This regiment helped me out a lot. I went from very severe acne to pretty much 100% clear. I would recommend this regiment to anyone with a good insurance carrier, otherwise it would be almost impossible to pay for it. Somewhere around 700 a month without insurance. I got it all of it for 60 bucks due to the fact i have pretty good insurance.

Pros:

This stuff is amazing. I'd never had acne before in my life but suddenly.. crazy breakouts all over my cheeks when I turned 19. I tried everything... this combined with antibiotics actually works! And works really fast.

Cons:

Drys up skin a bit.. I guess. And can make you sort of red but that doesn't last long.. it's definitely worth it.

Get on this stuff. It actually works!
