Pros:

Works very well. Results can be seen almost immediately.

Cons:

Sometimes leaves skin dry.

i've used this medicine for almost 7 years. i've tried proactiv and this is the only medicine that has worked for my skin type. i have very oily skin and this medicine takes care of that and leaves my skin smooth. results are almost immediately noticeable.

Pros:

Works like a charm.I use small amounts an it also covers my face. I see results over night that i would'nt have gotten within one month.

Cons:

needs to be refrigerated. if you put on too much, it'll make your skin dry

It works. I have super sensitive skin and i had severe acne 3 years ago. i never thoguht any medication was out there to help get rid ouf my breakouts but Duac helps a lot.It cleared up most of my breakouts ( or breakouts that were going to happen)overnight. i'm very happy that my skin is a lot clearer vs. when i first started using Duac.

Pros:

Clears everything from harsh acne, to one pimple which is just beginning to surface!

Cons:

This product can become very addictive due to the excellent results, and caused dryness for me around the nose.

I was recommended this product through a friend of my mothers. Her son used the product and was extremely pleased with the results, and so am i. After suffering with pimples since the age of 12, many years on i am still using Duac and will continue to until my skin problems are visibly over. I am very pleased with this product and recommend Duac to anyone who isn't pleased with there own skin at current.

Pros:

Cleared up my acne!!

Cons:

I had mild acne for years that would never go away. I tried every over the counter product I could find and spent a fortune until years later i eventualy went to the doctor and she prescribed me duac gel. The got positive results almost immediately.(It makes scars take longer to heal though) I noticed continual improvements and my acne fully went away after using duac for about 3 months. I continue to use it to stop the acne coming back. I put it on at night, in the morning i use neutrogena dry touch sunblock to moisturize. The result: soft smooth oil/acne free skin, yay!!

Pros:

great results, doesn't irritate or dry my skin, feels soft and smooth, doesn't smell bad, can wear under makeup

Cons:

none

duac is working better than the oral antibiotics I just got off of. I've only been using duac for about three weeks and I've had amazing results. My forehead has completely cleared and no more dry skin. I use differin at night and duac in the morning under my makeup. I'll keep it up cause I love having clear skin!

Pros:

combination of antibiotic/BP, disappears into skin, no shine or residue.

Cons:

very expensive without insurance, VERY small bottle that doesnt last long enough, possibly causes digestive problems. prescription only.

my insurance didnt cover it, so it was well over 100 bucks-for a very small bottle. I have had mixed results with it, sometimes it kills a zit thats starting to form, sometimes it doesn't. I use it alternating with retin-a, and that has fixed my forehead problem completely.

Pros:

Fast-acting; Pimples disappear within days

Cons:

Drying, peeling, burning rash

Because of the drying affect I only use spot application to dry up the pimple. Then I use clindamycin topical lotion all over my face in a very thin layer. At night I don't have to use moisturizer. In the mornings I use the spot application of benzaclin, all-over clindamycin and then sunscreen. Face looks great!

Pros:

it literally took a cuple of days to get rid of my acne!

Cons:

if you stop using it, your acne will come back.

its cheap, it works, its fast..what else is there to say! its awsome!

I have been using Duac for a year now and im finding it the best cream i have ever used. My pimple are gone in the next 2 days i start using duac on them. I highly recommend this cream.

Pros:

It works fast without drying out my skin, minimizes pores and my skin feels super smooth using it! I think it fades out acne scars too...not too sure tho...Anywayz, LUV IT!!!

Cons:

None so far

My derm prescribed it to me three weeks ago. It worked faster on my cheeks than on my back. I could see visible improvement on my face the second or third day onwards. The acne dried out and flattened and my face was practically cleared after like a week and a half. As for my back acne, it's almost fully-cleared after 3 weeks. A few new ones however popped out again as I reduced the amount of application. So I'm still using it every day as part of my skincare routine. One thing to note is, I applied sparingly at first and I finished my first tube in less than a week. But as the condition improves, I'm only applying it on the spots plus a think layer on the surrounding area. I'm still using the second tube now.
