Pros:

If your from the UK you can get it for free on the NHS so it costs nothing. Clears skin up alot better than any other cream i have used and my acne ranged from mild-moderate with cysts.

Cons:

If you use it every day you can go through a tube in about 6-8 weeks so if your paying can be alot. Wash your face in the morning as if it gets wet but not washed off it seems to burn a little but nothing i couldnt handle.

I had moderate acne with cysts for several months and pretty much gave up all hope as i did not want to try roacutane at the time and i found this hiding in the cuboard and had never used it as gels had never works for me before. I started to use it and to be honest after about 6 weeks i saw a MASSIVE improvement, the effects do seem to wear off the more you use it, i have been on it for about 6 months-ish now and i still get the occasional bad breakout but this does help indeed, iv never wrote on this site before but i just had to share with you that it did indeed help me alot, now i am on roacutane and ill write up how that went after my 3 month period on it is up, only 1 month in at the moment.

Pros:

It does work.. but i think depending on how long you allow it to work and whether your regimen is consistent e.g used daily before bed.

Cons:

Increase in redness of spots. Use this product thinly.

I've been using this product for about 6 weeks. Sometimes the mild to moderate acne is looking great, then overnight in the morning it will look worse. Not sure if this is related to my hormones/implanon though. I've noticed it works really well on existing pimples but doesn't seem to prevent new ones forming (but that could work with longer consistent use of the product) Definitely give the product a try, it works differently for everyone.

Pros:

Helps clear up acne, and prevent new spots from appearing and helps
Get rid of blemishes, which on black skin is worser then having acne as the
spots go but they last for years...

Cons:

May bleach bed sheets and pillows

This duac cream works wonders notice a difference four days after using it When ever I have a spot I pull the cream out and the spot is gone in a matter if days. I have to only use it once a couple of weeks as I've noticed its made my face a bit lighter And I don't won't to look like a bleached out black person when in fact I love my brown skin! I'm from the UK and I'm not intitled to free prescriptions, but here in the UK you only pay £7.60 for any one prescription. So in total I've spent no more than £15, I'm Now using my second tube! Hehe. Not sure how much in US dollars but dirt cheap for a product Folks have to pay hundreds for.

Pros:

Reduces Redness, less breakouts. See results in the first week!

Cons:

Dries out skin, makes skin very tight.

I have used this stuff b4 for about 2months and it worked awesome....It cleared my face up 75 % and i hardly got any breakouts at all. I then stopped using it and went to Differin which was a mistake. I quit using it and went back to benzaclin and my face is already showing a difference....im gonna also start using bactrim pills with the benzaclin...Wish me luck!. Benzaclin works wonders !

Pros:

Got rid of my Acne! Seriously.

Cons:

The first week, I broke out severely and it dried out my skin a bit.

This product worked for me 100%. I just use it before I go to bed and then apply moisturizer in the morning and it doesn't dry out my skin anymore!

Pros:

It helped clear up my acne really quickly. I noticed less red spots after one day. I haven't been using it for a long time, but I know in the long run my face will be all clear.

Cons:

It really dries up your skin, but it is worth it because you won't have any acne. It also bleaches everything, so keep it away from clothes, hair, etc. It is also a little bit expensive.

I would highly recommend this to people with acne because over time it will clear you right up! Just be patient and you will see results.

Pros:

Worked great for me! Only thing that actually worked so far and continues to work.

Cons:

Was expensive for me even with insurance. Face was very dry for the first couple weeks then skin got used to it

Great acne product. Recommend to everyone. I use product every night before I go to sleep. Keeps me clear. A little goes a long way for me. Keep face moisturized after showering though.

Pros:

Worked well for me.

Cons:

It made my skin dry, but lotion helped with that.

It took about a month to see a differnce and now after 2 months I'm all clear. I still get a small pimple here and there, but that's it. My scars are fading and my skin actually looks nice. I use benzaclin in the morning, bactrim 2 times a day and retin-A cream at night. In a addition to that I use a face wash that has Benzoyl Peroxide morning & night per my docotor recommendation.

Pros:

Makes a big difference quickly. Really helps with deep cyct like pimples.

Cons:

Bleaches out fabric.

I have been using the Duac in the morning daily and Tazorac at night for about a year now. If I skip a night or two I notice my skin will get really sensitive the next time I use both again and dry it out some. I was told by my derm to always used a gentle cleaser, I use Neutogena daily cleanser(not medicated for acne) and if my skin dries out I use CeraVe. It is very gentle and I only use it on the dry patches. I am 36 and most other products are geared towards teens and have left the pimples and dried out my skin really bad. This stuff is the best! My skin has never looked this great! My cost is $35 but even though it says it expires in 2 months I use the same tube for about 9 months. Just a touch goes a very long way.
