Pros:

Works wonderfully, very inexpensive, fast acting

Cons:

Burns a little

This stuff is incredible. It worked amazingly at clearing up my acne. Though I do not have completely clear, flawless skin, I believe that eventually I will get there. :) Not to mention, this stuff is dirt-cheap-- $1 at Dollar General? How much better can it get? Warning: Use small dabs at a time. Don't go crazy, like I did. I was so excited about the results of the first night, that on the second and third night I piled on this stuff like mad. BAD idea. It will get very dry and peel. My daily night time acne regimen is using face cleaners with fine particles that exfoliate the skin, then applying a light moisturizer with spf, and finally this stuff. Make sure your cleaner and moisturizer are both noncomodegenic and oil free. Finally, I recommend that you stop using very much conditioner. Use Suave Clarifying Shampoo (only around $1.50 for a family size bottle), and use it frequently. Condition only around 2 times a week, and do not use it in your roots. :) GET THIS STU

Pros:

This product dries up my oily skin breakouts within a day or two. I also use it right after shaving, it keeps razor bumps to a minimum. It has also cleared up areas of my face that had dark spots from past breakouts.

Cons:

Over using it on unaffected areas can cause dry patches.

I would recommend it to teens and adults. At 3.00 for the tube it is less expensive than most other name brand products. Even though it is a small tube you only need a small amount. It works so well it last me up to 3 months and longer. A dollar a month isn't bad. I was really happy to notice the old dark spots gone. It does give you a slight burning sensation when you use it on a freshly washed face, but that may be from scrubbing the face too hard during cleansing which is what I tend to do. I've gotten a good routine now. I use a mild soap (don't scrubb too hard), a mild astringent, (again use a light touch), and finally the Clearzit on the fingertips and apply it only on the area that needs it.

help please :/
I've been using this product for a few days now... not every day. But I did notice once I started using it, it has a burning sensation, but it makes you feel like its actually doing something... but I haven't used it recently because I've noticed that my whole face has little bumps all over... I don't have terrible acne but I've got enough to where it bothers me.. and I've enjoyed using this product because I feel that it works but I don't know if I need to keep using it because of all the little bumps all over my face... does anyone have any suggestions?

Pros:

It clears your face quickly
Dries the zit and prevents it from coming back

Cons:

dries your skin and can make it flaky and irritable

I used Clearzit for 2 years and I have never had a problem with my acne. When I switched to something different because my local dollar store stopped selling it, I broke out badly. I immediatly traveled a state down the map and found a tube at their dollar store. If your skin gets really dry and flaky, I suggest using Olay products after washing your face and before you use the Clearzit. That's what I use and it is a great combo.

Pros:

you feel the clean feeling right away!

Cons:

a little burning, but i'd rather have that than acne!

i've been using proactiv, it's worked for my face, but it's definately too expensive. i drink A LOT of pepsi and fat foods, i'm trying to better that though lol. my grandmother bought it for me, and it really looks like it's working. i love the feeling. great product.

Pros:

i didn't have to pay for it but i`ve heard its cheap

Cons:

burning is all i have so far

My mother n law has been trying to get me to use this cream for years she gave me a tube and its been in my bathroom for months. Well today I finally used it I have no results yet; but I hope this burning sensation means it's working and not that it's burning my skin off. More results coming soon.

Pros:

SUPER Cheap
Works VERY well
continues working over time
You know when it's done working because it disappears

Cons:

Burns a lot if you're not used to it, but it's totally worth it

I've been trying to find something for my acne for over 4 years. I tried nearly everything, also more expensive solutions. I saw this stuff at dollar general and thought why not. It seriously showed results within hours. I put it on at night, then when I woke up, my face was clearer than it's been since I was probably 12. I love this stuff!
