Pros:

Smells good, easy to use, inexpensive
Bottle lasts a long time

Cons:

Skin got dry and flaky (even using moisturizers), so I switched to a milder cleanser
Didn't see any improvement in my acne

Didn't work for me, still on the search for a good cleanser.

Pros:

Very economical since it takes very little to make a good lather. Made my skin less red and nice and smooth. Cleared up breakouts somewhat, not completely gone

Cons:

Caused dryness and flaking around nose which required the use of a separate moisturizer

I have had adult acne (54 yrs old) for about 8 years. Used b/p products before but always had to stop and let skin recover from excess dryness and mild rash every little bit. I use this twice a day.Aveeno works best for me when followed by a salicylic acid moisturizer. The best moisturizer for me is L'Oreal Tone step 3, but my local stores have stopped carrying it, so I have been using Clean and Clear which doesn't work nearly as well. The best thing about Aveeno is the reduction of redness

Pros:

-Light
-Clean and Refreshing Smell
-Absorbs into skin well
-Helped Reduce redness

Cons:

-Pricey (but worth it!)

It has helped the discolouration in my skin, making it look healthier and clearer. Its expensive here, but its DEFINITELY WORTH saving up for! People keep on complimenting me on my clear skin. :)

Pros:

it cleans well. has a nice scent. great for sensitive skin

Cons:

has it made a difference for me? I can't really tell. It's pretty expensive tho

I like that it smells nice. Probably better for people with light acne or people who are using a harsh topical ointment and want a cleanser with salicylic acid. It didn't irritate my skin at all. Tho its a lil expensive, if you want a very gentle acne wash, go for this.

Pros:

Seems to work well, good foaming cleanser, nice smell, leaves skin feeling clean and reduces redness, swelling.

Cons:

None that I have seen yet.

I would recommend this product over some of the other harsher products I have used in the past. I tend to buy more Aveeno products, because it has a a good name, since it is oatmeal based, it is better for your skin than some of the other harsher stuff on the maket today.

It's good for all skin types.

Pros:

Doesn't dry out my skin too much, the foam doesn't disappear and feels rather lovely.

Cons:

It doesn't make my blemishes clear up at all - I still have had lots of breakouts. Plus it doesn't remove makeup. I use a blemish-fighting toner from Mary Kay with it and see a ton of makeup come off onto my cotton pad.

It's not my favourite. Since I have to use it in conjunction with an eye-makeup remover, a toner, and tea tree oil to spot-treat, plus a couple applications of moisturizer to even out a bit of the drying, I'd much rather find a product that doesn't take that much work.

Pros:

Leaves my skin feeling and looking soft and clean, and more even-toned than after using a harsher cleanser or scrub. Takes off eye-makeup! Concentration of salicylic acid is only 0.5% so it is unlikely to irritate most people.

Cons:

Packaging: the pump sticks every time. But it does have a plastic cap to cover the pump, so it is very convenient for (non-airline) travel. People who are *extremely* allergic to salicylic acid should not use this.

This foamy cleanser is fun to use, and will take off ALL makeup in just one easy, deep-cleaning, gentle step... so there's no excuse for falling asleep in your make-up anymore, ladies! ;p You will, of course, still need to use a topical treatment like Benzoyl Peroxide as a spot treatment or on trouble areas to get clear skin, but that is true with all cleansers. I have been using this off and on for a year, but started using it consistently over the last few weeks as I am trying to break my addiction to apricot scrubs. I do find that I still feel like I need to use a scrub every few days for some extra exfoliation, but, hey, I'm an addict! My skin is not totally clear, but I had a horrible breakout a couple of weeks ago, and I am finding that it is healing well since I started using this. Worth the $7 to try it if you wear makeup, as even if you don't love it, you will sometimes reach for this at the end of a long night to cleanse your face quickly before falling asleep.
