Pros:

Gets rid of most blackheads
Shrinks pores
Skin feels smooth after use
Spas use the Clarisonic Brush

Cons:

Irritates skin at first
The price

After the first time I used the Clarisonic Brush and applied my toner, my skin stung but my face didn't look like it, but it sure did feel like it after a couple of uses. Your skin has to get use to the Clarisonic. But after a week I noticed my skin is more balanced (because I have combination skin), a lot of the blackheads are gone, and most of my pores are smaller. My skin feels nice and smooth:), I suggest the Clarisonic Brush to anyone who can afford it and is trying to control their blackheads and/or acne.

Pros:

Makes skin feel great!

Cons:

Pricey, and irritating at first.

The Clarisonic caused some irritation at first that led to a fairly bad breakout. However, after the first week of use, the breakout cleared up and my skin does feel much smoother than before I used the Clarisonic. I have an extremely grimy job that gets all kinds of dirt and microbes all over me, including my face. I suspected that a simple wash with my bare hands and Cetaphil was not really doing the trick in keeping my pores clear. After using the Clarisonic, the amount of inflammatory lesions I had decreased by around 50%. It hasn't made me perfectly clear, but it seems to have helped. (I also started taking niacin around the same time -- this may be contributing as well.) Other than that first breakout, it's been great. I use it with Cetaphil facial cleanser once per day on the medium setting, one minute for my face and around 45 seconds for my neck. Even if it doesn't entirely clear my skin, that nice, smooth texture I get from using it feels so great. I love it!

Pros:

Works well on evening skin tone and getting rid of milia.

Allows better absorption of facial products

Cons:

Expensive price for a skin care brush but it is cheaper than going to a spa everyday.

I used to have moderate acne with milia so my skin was uneven, blotchy and scarred. My dermatologist recommended that I go a Differin treatment and use the clarisonic skin care brush; which has dramatically improved my skin. The clarisonic works well to absorb my facial products and allows me to get a better cleansing without being too rough on my face. Clarisonic is so easy to use my two sisters even ordered ones for themselves. It is a bit pricey though so look for sales on their regular website.

Pros:

Cleans my skin incredibly well & makes it so soft. Reduced my acne by 75%!

Cons:

None!

I purchased this because I wanted to try something different then just changing products. It's the best decision I've ever made. My acne is not completely gone but it's reduced by at least 75%! Now that is what i call magic. And when I get new pimple they don't hang around for nearly as long. It's an absolute fantastic product I would recommend to everyone.

Pros:

It cleans your face really well

Cons:

1. THE PRICE

I just bought the clarisonic today :0)! I used it once and so far my face feels great. I dont really notice a difference in appearance but it is only the first day, so I'm not worried. Also from the research I've done on the clarisonic it works over time.. I will update my skin results tomorrow and the next day an the next for you clarisonicless people! - Sam :0)

Pros:

This thing cleans pores like nothing I've ever used. It hasn't worsened my skin sensitivity or redness due to rosacea. I have far fewer blackheads now and my pores are much less clogged and inflamed. Easy to use.

Cons:

Expensive, but a better deal than facials, treatments, dermatologist visits, so this is not really a con. Make sure to follow the directions, tho!

I want to kiss the people who invented this thing. I've had rosacea and darkened, enlarged, clogged pores for decades (I'm now 35, but this has been going on since I was 15 or so) and I was very skeptical about the Clarisonic. Now I can honestly say my face is looking better than it has in years. My doc says nothing will physically "shrink" pores, but this thing really massages out the gunk so they are less noticeable. The key is to start slowly adding it to your routine. I do it twice a day now, but I imagine that once a day might be fine for most people. Do not press it into your skin. Be very gentle with it and, if you have sensitive skin like me, use the Delicate brush, not the Sensitive one it comes with. Try a mild, non-soap cleanser like Cerave (Cetaphil doesn't agree with me) or a cleansing oil like Nude, DHC, or Shu Umera. I never use abrasive cleansers/exfoliants/soaps and I think this has helped. The Clarisonic does all the work for you and it's absolutely brilliant.

Pros:

I've been using this product for two months. It has made my skin much smoother and has cleared up blackheads on my cheeks. I've noticed that I still continue to have breakouts on my chin and cheeks.

Cons:

I'm concerned about the breakouts and I hope they clear with continued use. I'm cleaning the brush head after each use with antibacterial soap and air drying.

The price is really high for this product. I think it should be priced around $100

Good product, very expensive. I'm not totally blown away by it's performance, as of yet.

Pros:

+ Cleans very well
+ Gets some dead skin off
+ Smoother skin

Cons:

+ Acne isnt improved
+ Price

i have been using the clarisonic for close to a year on and off. I notice when i use it my skin has a glow to it and is much smoother it also helps fade some red marks i guess from exfoilation and increased product absorbtion. I still have some blackheads and those tiny clogged pore bumps but nowhere near before.

Pros:

Awesome!! My face has never felt cleaner!!

Cons:

The only con I think the clarisonic has is it's price, very expensive but worth every penny.

I have always suffered from acne and dry skin patches around my cheeks and chin. The 1st 1-2 months I used the clarisonic I continued to breakout, I think this was because everything deep down was being brought to the surface. I have now used the clarisonic for 4months and my skin looks GREAT! No dryness, breakouts every now and again thank you hormones:) It also depends on your cleanser I use Effaclar gel along with Clinique lotion and bareminerals makeup. Careful with all the acne cleansers sometimes it can be too much for your skin and cause you to breakout even more.
