Acne.org : Cleanser

the biggest mistake with cleansers is the unnecessary amount of ingredients. this is simple, gentle and overall great.

I'd gone to numerous dermatologists and had a fair share of great cleansers but it really did burn my pocket as they were pricy! Drugstore brands are usually a hit or a miss for me, but this cleanser is heavenly! Lathers well and doesn't leave that taut dry feeling once you've washed it all off but leaves you feeling super clean tho :)

The best cleanser i ever used! It dont over dry your face and it feels so good on the skin.

Im in my 40's, Asian, NEVER had zits in my entire life. 12 mos ago, started to have stress acne. Ive tried these cleansers: Neutorgena, cetaphil, Boots Botanics, oatmeal soap. These didnt do much for my acne (forehead, chin, a couple on my cheeks). I followed CLEANSER instruction of Acne.org, but only saw a light improvement. I modified: Evening: Wet face with warm water. 1 pump (size of a dollop) on my palm, apply directly on problem areas, then work out a lather. I do this for about 60 seconds. Repeat. (so im soaping my face twice) Pat dry (sometimes is "scrub" a tiny just to get a feeling of "freshness") Morning: Same as evening routine but only wash once. If i have active acne (or feel like one is coming on), I use Acne.org TREATMENT benzoyl, after allowing my face to dry 5 minutes. If no active acne, after pat dry, APPLY AURA CACIA GRAPESEED OIL. KEEP IT SIMPLE. My skin cannot tolerate creams at all.

Prior to this cleanser I was juggling a ton of cleansers for the different times of the day. I used Ellen Lange, which is a very gentle mineral cleanser, for the morning wash and Laventine Olive Oil Cleanser, PCA #13, & Jan Marini Bioglycolic in the evening. This cleanser is so gentle that I have been able to replace my very gentle morning cleanser w/ this, and not suffer any dryness during the day. I have also had great success w/ removing acne tx and masks w/o having to revert to an oil cleanser first. So far no irritation, no breakout and it completely cleanses. BTY, this lathers just fine for me, when I wet my face first. However I am still keeping Laventine's Olive Oil cleanser for MU removal, but everything else I have been able to eliminate. I am glad I took the chance w/ this one. Update: I just order 2 more 16oz bottles. I use this cleanser a lot now, and it has saved me money with doubling as good brush cleaner.

i love it! i initially started the regimen using a Cetaphil bar, but then i remembered i got a sample packet of the acne.org cleanser with my order, so i decided to give it a try, and i noticed a difference IMMEDIATELY! so i ordered the big bottle and have been loving it =)
