Pros:

-Cleans gently
-Lasts a while
-Easy to find in stores
-does what it's supposed to do

Cons:

-pricey
-smell
-texture
~~but all of these are personal issues~~

It does what it is supposed to do: CLEANSE the skin. Cleansers/face washes do not help rid acne, it just cleanses the surface for the next stage in your daily routine (ie. DKR, moisturizer, makeup, etc.)

Pros:

Hmmm.....it's cheap?

Cons:

Doesn't clear acne, caused little bumps all around chin. Does not remove make up very well, cleanser dried my skin out quite a bit, moisturizer is too greasy and made me break out, products do not smell good.

It works for some I guess, but I didn't have any luck at all.

Pros:

This was the first official cleanser I have ever used, and it felt really good on my skin. It was also good on the few pimples that I had had, and it has this relaxing cooling feeling to it.

Cons:

The smell, the packaging. It dried my skin out a bit unfortunately.

This is really good if you in puberty and are starting to get pimples. I used it at aged 12 and it was a really nice product to use. Just be sure to use a lot of moisturizer if your skin tends to dry.

Pros:

I'm reviewing the purple spectrojel.

It's amazing at cleansing, and doesnt irritate sensitive skin at all, it's best to be used in the shower washing off with *HOT* water. All in all, it helps dry up pimples without irritating sensitive skin.

Cons:

None that I've experienced

Spectrojel is the only thing that helped clear up my sensitive skin. Now my regimen is as simple as Spectrojel in morning/night and 5% BP on spots.

Pros:

Big bottle.

Cons:

Too big for travelling.
Bad smell.
Helps white heads, but infected pimple are worse. My skin looked greasy. It really only looks good after you wash it.

I didn't like it. I've tried everything for my mild acne. It really only helps moderate.

Pros:

Cleans skin very well. Non-drying. Very gentle. Fragrance free and soap-free.

Cons:

Doesn't lather. Does not prevent acne on its own.

I have tried a variety of cleansers and nothing has given me consistent results, where I didn't have new breakouts for a stretch of one week. I started using Spectrojel (a friend recommended it) in conjunction with my usual OTC, topical acne medication. The results have been fantastic and immediate. I've been breakout free for two weeks now. I don't think Spectr0jel cures acne on it's own, but as most topical acne medication is drying and damaging, using Spectrojel has helped enormously. I have been washing my face twice a day with Spectrojel and applying samll amounts topical acne med all over my face. This technique is working very well.

Pros:

it is gentle, yet effective and never irritating

Cons:

it does not take off makeup without the help of a gentle washcloth or sponge

It is a wonderful product for those who use topical acne medications because it is completely non irritating (fragrance free, soap free and all the rest). My skin has completely transformed since I realized that super harsh and drying cleansers marketed as 'acne wash' were doing more harm than good and I switched to this much gentler option.

Pros:

EVERYTHING.

Cons:

Nothing.

This cleanser is bar-none the best one I have ever used, even better than Cetaphil. 100% will always use this product from now on. Plus it is also skin PH balanced. I buy the one that is Soap-free AND fragance free....the fragrance free is a huge plus..as that can usually be irritating.
