Pros:

Brightens/Whitens Skin
Feels good
Skin looks healthy
Softens Skin

Cons:

None really, but I use carrot juice from Odowalla and it a little pricey.

This is easy and has great results. I use it every two days and it brightens my skin! You could also just buy carrots and blend the in a blender and drink it too =)
