Pros:

Kills bacteria therefore preventing and treating pimples!

Cons:

drying but nothing that a good moist. cant solve.
Do NOT use as a spot treatment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! chemical burns

I have used everything under the sun to OTC products to laser treatments and I have never had as good of results as when I use this product. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself torture do NOT use as a spot treatment! I have semi-sensitive skin and left it on as a spot treatment over night and in the morning I woke up with first degree chemical burns on my face! It was awful:( but if you use as recommended then it is by far the best OTC acne tx there is!!

Pros:

Effectiveness, Texture, Oil Control

Cons:

It's strong so use carefully depending on your skin type. (Hope I didn't accidentally post this twice--didn't look like it worked the first time).

This product is the only thing that keeps my nose under control. I have severely oily skin on my nose, and a year ago I started breaking out in very painful, very deep under the skin pimples/cysts that were constant. I tried changing my diet (did all that low glycemic index, super healthy stuff--didn't do jack), changing face washes, changing everything. Nothing worked. Until I started using this stuff on a regular basis. I used the regimen style of applying this product (but my skin is very oily so I was able to handle it, you might now) and did not moisturize. Skin peeled but breakouts stopped completely and I basically didn't have a single zit for a year until I saw a dermatologist for something last week for something and he convinced me to try his benzaclin/tazorac regimen with cetaphil wash and stop the BP. For some reason I did and broke out in every pore on my nose. I immediately went back to my Panoxyl. It's my secret weapon. Hope it does the trick again. Dermatologists suck!

Pros:

I am a new gradute in aethestics(skin care specialist). I tried Panoxyl for the simple fact it does not strip the pH of your skin! I recommend it to everyone! of all ages! I'm 42 yrs. & have dry skin & + results! A must to try!

Cons:

If you do experience stinging/redness - it's working- you may want to try a soothing creme i.e. chamomille it's natural too!

Finally something is otc for the public that actually does not strip your pH & induce more skin complications as well as being fragrance free! Great Job Panoxyl I recommend this product to many to try - Everyone's skin is as different as a fingerprint! I have also seen others with + results and I see them actually smiling simply because their image has brightened their confidence in themselves. It's Affordable and Effective!

Pros:

CLEARS SKIN VERY VERY VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!! AND REALLY HELPS OUT WITH OILY SKIN!!! I HAD VERY OILY SKIN WHICH I THINK MADE ME BREAK OUT!!!! BUT PANOXYL 10% STOPPED THAT!!!! AND NOW..... SO FAR DAY 5 I'M CLEAR (KNOCK ON WOOD) *KNOCK,KNOCK* IT STAYS

Cons:

IT CAN DRY OUT UR SKIN BUT NOT TO BAD!!! WEIGHT IT!!!! DRY SKIN OR UGLY ACNE!!!!! I'LL TAKE THE DRY SKIN!!! NE DAY!!! AND IF IT DOES DO IT TO U BAD!!! JUST MOISTURIZE! BUT I DIDNT HAVE THAT BAD OF DRYING!

IT WORKS............ ITS NOT TO EXPENSIVE! AND U ONLY HAVE TO USE A SMALL AMOUNT SO IT LASTS!!! JUST DON'T GET IT IN UR EYES!!! LOL I USE CLEARASIL ON MY EYES TO REMOVE MY EYE MAKEUP THEN I JUST USE PANOXYL ON MY FACE!

Pros:

It works GREAT! I've tried everything else, even Proactive didn't work for me. My pimples, blemishes, and the redness were GREATLY reduced as soon as I used it!

Cons:

Just a little bit of dry skin but I only use it once daily, and it doesn't irritate my skin as much as other products I've used.

I would never switch to anything else! I work at a greasy fast-food restaurant everyday, and when I come home my face feels like a vat of grease, so I HAVE to use PanOxyl. I also use it before I put on make-up and PanOxyl has helped SO MUCH at reducing the puffyness and redness of my face beforehand, so I feel great about myself whenever I go out! Even the dermatologist didn't give me anything that WORKED SO WELL!

Cons:

none that i can think of

Pros:

I've only been using it for about a week, but i am noticing some results. Plus, its fragrance free, which is great, because the fragrances used in most acne products make me break out even more.

Cons:

It is EXTREMLY drying and it leaves my face red and itchy the whole day, but I hear it goes away after awhile.

I've tryed EVERYTHING. Everything. This is the only thing thats actually worked. and FAST.

Pros:

Best spot cream i've ever used so far. The only one on the market i've used that actually feels like it's working. It's also very cheap, picked up 2 tubes for only £6. Well worth the small investment.

Cons:

This product requires a lot of patience, it's the key to gaining the best results from the cream. If you have problems with self consciousness i wouldn't really recommend this as it causes the skin to become very dry and flaky during the first week.

Great effective product which is extremely good values for money. Avoid it if you can't stand the thought of the flaky, tight skin for the first week or so. Otherwise i would definitely recommend this.
