Pros:

It's really helped my 16 year old son's acne, face and chest. This has helped more than the prescriptions we've bought.

Cons:

The Panoxyl does dry the skin considerably, but he also uses Cetaphil moisturizer to keep the scaly skin at bay.

One little side effect that's easily reversed wont stop him from using it. He saw a dramatic difference in his skin after about 2 weeks.

Pros:

After nine years of suffering this is my best product so far it really, really does work i'm pleased.

Cons:

Dries the skin like crazy and of course moisturizing wont help me since its pretty warm out here.

Try it.

Pros:

It works better than proactive, I've had acne for 4 years and used over 20 different products and this seems to be the best. My acne hasn't cleared up completely but its getting better everyday. allow 4-6 weeks to see improve

Cons:

It can cause the skin to be flaky and dry.

This a great product to use for all skin types. and you should see a big different!

Pros:

Clears breakouts rather quickly!! I had horrible acne on my chin and it cleared it up after me trying EVERYTHING ELSE!!!

Cons:

Using it everyday DRIED my skin out horribly, my skin was red and itchy

I you want to clear up a bad break out than this stuff is great. However, I would not use it for my regular everyday wash, its just too drying!!

Pros:

Clears up your face pretty much within the first wash. Keeps zits away.

Cons:

Makes your skin very dry and flakey. But moisturizer solves this problem 100%

This stuff works 99% of the time and works GOOD. I would suggest it from mild to severe

Pros:

Cleared up every type of spot I had, from big red odd ones to localised spots.

Cons:

It dried out my face quite bad, looks like I dipped my cheeks in sand!

I love this, I have tried everything from prescription creams to tea tree, but nothing works as well as this, it clears up spots fast and gets rid of old scaring dark spots- as layers of your skin gets striped away! I use savoln cream which is a skin healer cream over the dry spots on my face, but apart from the dry skin it works well, use it once a day at night then any red itching skin patches will predominately take place at night and not in the morning when you go out for the day! p.s Zinc supplement will also help. x

Pros:

It dries up blemishes, breakouts and zits very fast. Even big under-the-skin ones are done with in a day or two.

Cons:

You have to do spot treatment, i.e. blemishes only, else your face will be excessively dry and irritative, not to mention dark.

PanOxyl is worth using due to its affordability and availability. Most stores, even here in Manila has it. Despite the promising effects, it does not minimize future breakouts and it darkens skin tone. I suggest you using it only on eventual cases of big blotchy breakouts.
