Pros:

light weight
"sleepable"
no smell
not clumpy
covers well
does not break me out

Cons:

kinda pricey

I've been struggling with acne since grade school, and I'm now 26. This is the only make up I've ever been able to use without aggrevating my acne. It looks great, it doesn't feel slimy or thick, and it easy. Try to clean and sanitize your brushes weekly to prevent bacteria. This has helped me as well. Highly recommend

Pros:

-look smooth and shiny
-easy to apply and lightweight
-lots of colors and can be mixed to desired color
-NOW COMES IN BLEMISH THERAPY WITH SULFUR.....YAY TREAT WHILE WEARING!!!
-healthy glow and doesn't make acne worse
-spf 15

Cons:

-expensive
-make sure your well moisturized before application otherwise look flaky
-disinfect lids in between each use and brushes to prevent contamination if your broken out

Bottom line: I love this stuff. No matter how broken out I am I know I am safe putting this stuff on. It has saved me for many dates, parties, vacations, and holidays. It gives me the confidence I need to leave the house. Make sure to wash twice to get it completely off. For best results conceal bad areas first then buff in the powder. I don't use veil not necessary.

Pros:

Covers acne, redness and since it's made out of minerals, if you leave it on, it soaks into your skin and makes the color and skin beter!

Cons:

If you have dry skin like me, and you put it on skin without moisturizer, it may may your skin look even drier.

I love it sooo much, I don't want any one else to use it soo I have nicer looking skin! ;)

Pros:

- Flawless coverage
- Light and lets skin breathe
- Relatively inexpensive compared to other designer foundations
- Mostly sweatproof
- As a powder, blending blush and bronzer is much easier than thick liquid foundations
- SPF is nice!

Cons:

- Requires touch-up during summer heat or looks cakey (like everything else)

Wonderful product that I have been using on top of light liquid foundations for the past five years. Unfortunately the lightest shade is still slightly too dark for my skin, but it's the closest I have found to my natural hue and provides the best redness coverage with none of the mask-like qualities of heavy liquid concealers. The matte version is my favorite!

Pros:

Perfect coverage
Lasts a long time
Looks very natural
Blends beautifully
Quick to apply

Cons:

A little messy if you're not careful

Since I began using bare minerals I literally have had strangers complimenting my skin almost every day. My acne and pimples have decreased because of how light this makeup is. The first time I applied the foundation on a giant red zit on my forehead and when I stepped back from the mirror and I couldn't even see it...I nearly cried. I also sleep (yes, sleep!) in this makeup pretty frequently and in the morning it still looks good! I've heard people complain that it's expensive but the makeup does last a long time and it's fantastic, so it's really more like an investment than a purchase. If you follow the video tutorial that comes with the foundation starter kit exactly you can't mess up. Tip: take a "before" and "after" pic of yourself to really see what this does to your skin.

Pros:

covers well, feels light, color matches perfectly, doesnt make me break out, lasts a long time

Cons:

expensive, takes a few minutes for coverage

a lot of people dont know how to use it correctly and then complain that it doesnt cover well...if you follow the directions precisely and use a concealer brush to even cover the largest of areas, the scars are a lot less noticeable. also, what made a lot of people break out from it (myself included) is the bismuth in the original formula. this was the ingredient that made it shine and shimmer. the new matte formula does not have this ingredient and therefore eliminates the breakouts. with the originial, i didnt have big breakouts but more like tiny bumps that i felt alofn my forehead and cheek bone. these bumps could mainly be visible when i tilted my head in the light, and could be felt when i washed my face. however, since i started using the matte, they have been going away and now new breakouts as of yet. the brushes that come with it are also great. i have reallyy sensitive dry skin when i first applied it, it did feel dry. but as the day progresses, it kind of matches with ur skin type and now my face doesnt feel dry at all and i havent applied any extra moisturizer on top. basically, give it a try before you totally give up on it!

Pros:

Really good for oily skin. It does not clog the pores (in my case anyway) as it doesn't contain any oil or talc. I also like the fact that it has an spf in it as a lot of the moisturizers with spf clog the pores. The concealer that comes in the starter pack has zinc in it and I have found that it actually helps dry up individual spots.

Cons:

It is quite expensive (although a little goes a long way).
The coverage may not be enough for some people, but it is possible to build it up (this is time consuming though).

I love this product and it gives me the most natural finish of any foundations and powders that I have ever come across. I even use the concealer to treat spots at night. It is probably better to get the starter pack though as it's the best value for money. Remember that you only need a tiny bit of this to avoid looking like someone dropped a bag of flour on your head! :-)

Pros:

Covers everything
Heals acne?? ( a little bit)

Cons:

Need to wash makeup brush a lot
expensive

This is probably the best makeup for acne-prone skin. It is completely non-comedogenic, and I feel like it actually improved my skin condition and dried up some pimples. Also, I noticed that sometimes I come back really drunk and don't feel like washing my face and i go to bed, it doesn't mess up my skin like other makeups did by leaving it on over night.
