Messy!! Stings a bit.
I mix Baking Soda with water and leave it on till it dries. I have been desperate for help with my face. My skin was always pretty clear growing up, never had any real acne issues. When I turned about 31, I started to break out a little more here and there. I recently moved to Europe and all hell broke loose (literally). My skin is awful! I've tried everything under the sun, but it never seems to work. Now I'm on Spironolactone which is great for weight loss and other things and I think it's slowly starting to take effect now. But, I just tried the Baking soda scub mask thingy.My skin is much softer and it seems to be pulling all the pimples that may have been hiding to the surface. They seem to be drying up quite a bit and the overall apperance of my skin looks a little better. I'm of course on of those instant gratification kind of people so I get frustrated easily if I don't see improvement right away. Wish Me Luck!! So far so good :P

Okay i found out a great way to relieve pimples and dry itchy skin!! yay=] so i did some experimenting and i found a baking soda remedy recipe. heres how you do it:
1.) first you grab a small container, and pour in water filling up about 1/2 of the container.
2.) put 2 tbsp of baking soda in the container of water. then grab a cotton ball and completly soak it in water.
3.) then get your usual face cleanser (unless its very tough stuff, just get body wash or hand soap)
4.) dab the cotton ball in the container and apply to zits.
5.) let the baking soda sit on your pores for about 3-5 minutes
6.) then wash with warm water and exfoliate with soap/regular face cleanser. AND YOUR DONE!!! your pimples almost disapear instantly depending on how band you have acne! if you alot of acne, you may have to continue doing it for a few days up to a week or so. hope this helps all you acne haters=]

i have been only using it for 2 days , so ive used it twice...
should i be only using this every other 2 days? or what.
im not to sure. how long does it take to fade acne scars,
(question) when, and how do you start seeing results? if anyone could answer that for me. please

Strong stuff
Works for me. I think it removes dead skin cells which may be blocking/clogging your pores. Hopefully won't need to use this after using the regimen because you're not supposed to exfoliate too often.

Pros:
Noticable results quick!!! Inexpensive, Not so much of a worry of being allergic because of chemicals and fragrace for me.
Cons:
Stings but only for a bit !!
Works terrific. It's amazing that my whole skin regime that actually works and doesn't make me breakout because of severe allergies was in my home all this time.

Iive been looking for a more natural way to clean my skin. It tends to break out and is very oily. Therefore I will not use anything with oil or fragrance added. Love baking soda, wish I'd thought of it hundreds of dollars sooner! The more you water it down the less abrasive, whichI think is better. Try this!

Pros:
skin seems to be tighter, pores r smaller in T zone ( which is my oily area) blackheads on nose r less noticable. skin feels soft... very affordable

none so far. ... I never experienced burning at all, but I only made a paste with water, and after washing makeup off with face cleaner, applied the paste, gently rubed in circles and rinsed off..
If u have oily skin, like me - especially around T zone - it seems to be helping ALOT... my pores seem to be reduced.. I never apply moisturizer on T-zone, only on my neck and cheeks.. and that part isnt even drying out... My face is really smooth..... I am really impressed with this so far. and I am just wondering, WHY DIDNT I COME ACROSS THIS INFORMATION SOONER.! so i could have tried it as a teenager...

Pros:
I noticed less whiteheads the day after I used it. Baking soda works better than any other acne treatment that I have ever used.
Cons:
When you're mixing it together, it does get a bit messy. However, it's really easy to clean up.
This treatment is so much easier, more affordable, and more affective than any other treatment I have used. I have tried so many products to clear my acne, and they seemed to have worked for a bit, but eventually stopped working, or I didn't have time to go through all of the steps of the systems. Now, I just hope that this will keep working for me!

Tried so many diffrent products--nothing really worked.. But, this works amazingly! I'll recommend it to everyone.
Pros:
Price, Skin feels so soft, Seems to be pulling all pimples to the surface and drying them out.
