Pros:

very quick, extremely effective, reduces redness and was cheap!

Cons:

it tingled but i imagine it can sting if you have super sensitive skin

used it for the first time a few minutes ago, i mixed it with a drop or two of my neutrogena glycerol cleanser and oh my the results were amazing! i left the past on for about 3 minutes while in the shower and then washed off, my blackheads were gone, my acne was noticeably gone or shrunk, and the redness is barely there. i love this stuff. :))

Pros:

Exfoliates like nothing else :) great at fading red marks and preventing new spots. Leaves ur skin baby soft too!

Cons:

Didnt sting for me, except if you get it on ur lips, so none.

For the price, totally worth a shot. Im only 15, but have spent most of my last few years researching, testing and buying skin stuff. And im telling you, this stuf is great. Also, works so much better if u use ACV after it! i use about 1:1 but thats a bit strong for some people. The reason ACV works well with it is because baking soda is basic, and ACV is acidic of course. So apart from the many benifits of ACV it also balances ur skins pH. And a balanced pH is the gateway to great skin Try it!

Pros:

I was hesitant to write on this forum after only two days of using baking soda, but I just had to share the secret that these expensive skin care companies don't want you to know. I've been using Murad for about a year, and it didn't improve my skin

Cons:

Absolutely no cons at all. I will write some later down the road if I encounter them. My only worry is that I hope it continues to work as well as it has.

Bottom Line is this: I was really upset the first time I used baking soda, not because it made my skin worse, but because I hadn't discovered this earlier. Turns out I've been wasting $70-$100 a month instead of using 89 cents the best way I possibly could. My self esteem has risen by tons, and I've already noticed a difference in my social life. Try it, if nothing is working for you. Its the best 89 cents you can spend. Trust me. -17 year old male in SoFla

Pros:

AMAZING! Clears up skin, reduces redness/red marks, halts break outs, reduces oil, makes skin IMMEDIATELY look better than it did before

Cons:

Burns a bit when left on for a while/when you first begin using it

Go buy it! I decided to try the baking soda mask after reading these reviews and it really is as incredible as everyone says it is! I've pretty much completely stopped breaking out and my skin literally looks better and better everyday. A few nights a week (3-4 times) I first wash my face with an exfoliating cleanser, then mix the baking soda with a bit of water to form a sort of paste and then apply it like a mask and leave it on for 5-10 minutes then rinse off and apply toner and benzol peroxide. I am additionally taking 15 500mg pills of vitamin b5 per day (spaced out at breakfast, lunch and dinner). My skin is looking clearer than it has in months and months!

Pros:

excellent acne treatment
very cheap
easy to use

Cons:

little burning sensation on the first few applications, shouldnt put u off cause it vanishes after a few times

excellent acne treatment i use it differently during a warm shower, your pores are already opened, so make use of this ! - i take with me to the shower a tea spoon full of baking soda, towards the end of the shower, i put some baking soda in my hand and scrub my face with it for about 30 seconds, after this i let the water flow all over me to rinse my face thoroughly. now you want to close your pores again, so wash your face with cool water.
