Pros:

It seems to have been the only thing that has worked for my skin.. iv been using it now for 3 weeks and it really has reduced the severity of my pimples.. i still have the red marks from where the pimples were but there is definately less new pimples and the red marks are dissapearing.. I also think it is helping fade my freckles which is a plus too.. i think you have to be careful about uv light tho so wear a sunscreen when going outside

Cons:

apparently can only use for 6 months in one go ( i dont no y this is??)
can make your skin itch a bit (u have to refrain from scratching :-P )
Takes a little while to actually work (give it at least a week using twice a day but if you've paid for the tube you may as well use the hole lot then decide at the bottom of the tube if you are wanting to carry on using it)

It works really well.. if ur at the end of ur teather give it a go because it will most probably help you just look at all the other reviews

Pros:

It makes your skin very smooth.

Cons:

Little itchy

I don't have any acne, I do get the odd spot. I am using it for Chloasma which is a hyperpigment problem with dark skin. It seems to be working but only used it for 3 days so i'll give it a month or so.

Pros:

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and overall i think it has made my acne worse.

Cons:

Makes skin really red and itchy and makes breakouts look even worse.

My doctor told me to try this after having been prescribed many other creams/gels, which also did not work but overall this has got to be the worst cream out of them all, i have stopped using it for now and i have another appointment this tuesday so ill keep my fingers crossed she gives me something that actually works.

Pros:

works very well. Nothing else helped before. Took about 2 weeks to notice the difference but now it left my skin smooth and clear. Though I use it once a day, otherwise it's too drying.

Cons:

Itchy on application.

I would recommend it.

Pros:

I was using Finacea for my complexion for a while. Then, on my last trip to Greece I decided to get something there. The pharmacist gave me SkinOren. I love it. It goes on great, feels smooth where the Finacea went dry and turned white-ish.

I am very happy with SkinOren. I like it better than any other creme I have tried. Finacea WITH co-pay is $30 and SkinORen OTC was just 8 Euro....

Pros:

Worked!

Cons:

stings slightly(but who cares)

i was always trying in vain to get rid of my acne that was now leaving scars. The doc gave me this cream and it took away 80percent of my acne and lightened scars i still have scars but not very noticeable. It does sting (slightly) but anyone who has suffered from acne for a long tym will no what i mean when i say "im not bothered" i was just happy that this thing was working. Give it a month maybe less and you will see the difference.

Pros:

I'm sorry but for me there just weren't any pros

Cons:

Initial stinging
Didn't prevent new breakouts
I don't think it affected my acne very much at all

I was prescribed this cream from my doctor, alongside deoxycycline antibiotic, and must say it just didn't work for me sadly. I atleast thought the cream could prevent further breakouts however I did breakout where I applied the cream. I used it for about 2 weeks religiously but it ran out quite quickly, so instead my doctor prescribed me Duac once daily gel, which i prefer as I have seen improvement on my skin with only a few days use. Maybe this will work for you too!

I have been using this item for 3.5 months now. I am not happy with the results. I still have acne. I have been using it inconjunction with Tetralysal antibiotics. The areas affected by acne has changed, before I started is was my t-zone, but now it has moved to my cheeks. Now, I have to start all over again and try a new product and hope that it works :(
