Pros:

seems to work, im now starting to see huge results.

Cons:

unbearable itching in the begining which seem to have slowed down drastically lately. There is still itching but it last for about 5 minutes no and is not so as intense as before.

I used the product in conjuction with tretinonin( rentin A) and doxycline. I started out with the retin A for about 2 months and really didnt see any good results. After returning to the dermatologist, i was given the antibiotics and azelex. Its been a little over a month now and something is working. My skin feels so smooth, the bumps have slowed down, and my complexion is becoming more even.

Pros:

good product. Rids of acne and hiperpigmentation.

Cons:

itching, stinging for 20-30 minutes in the first month or two.

Acne can came out but they are smaller, lesser and go away faster. I've been using it for 4 months now and it's a good product. It will dry your skin in the beggining but not as much as Retia A does. The red marks almost faded( i don't know if that is because i didn't had a brake out for 2 months or because it hepls them heal) and the skin looks good.

Pros:

Finacea doesn't hurt your skin. I find it cosmetically elegant. I find my skin tone more even and it has helped to quickly heal "underground" cysts and whiteheads alike. I feel like I am finally able to use a product that is 'caring' for my skin.

Cons:

A little irritation at first around my eye area. Don't bring it too close up .

I feel this is a helpful topical. It was the only topical that my skin wasn't a raw, red flaky disaster. I think it reduced the number of blemishes and redness in my skin. It simply feels better to the touch and looks smoother overall.

great product for both acne and hyperpigmentation issues.

Pros:

Helps red and brown marks on sun damaged skin with adult acne and rosacea. Seemed to help reduce new acne lesions or shorten time to healing, not a miracle traeatment.

Cons:

Prickling feeling when freshly applied not intolerable but may bother some. Not available in my country.

I order this from NZ pharmacy with an extremely helpful pharmacist, cost is reasonable. It was not available for some time and replaced with a lotion that rolled off the skin. Skinoren product seems also to blend with makeup with a little effort so works for daytime too, not greasy at all. All this is pointless unless you use SPF >45. I will continue to use it daily and recommend it to others.

Pros:

Reduces redness, helps acnew

Cons:

itching at first

I had been on accutane for years and this seems to do the trick. Using morning and night. I love it! I can see my acne scars fading away!

Pros:

No irritation, skin looks smooth, brown spots from previous acne are begining to fade. Safe to use while pregnant.

Cons:

Gave me a initial breakout

This med in my opinion works slower than a vitamin A based treatment. I noticed that it shrinks the pimples slowly.

Pros:

Gentler than Benzoyl Peroxide products.

More effective (I found) than BP.

Doesn't cause redness on face.

Cons:

Minor sting at first, but goes away.

It is not miracle cure, but I find this product much more effective than BP for me. Also with BP my chin and skin just turned red, and that kind of highlighted my acne and scars, rather than improve them. I've been on Azelaic acid 20% for 6 months now. I really like it. It works. And I don't get redness on my face like before. I find that it also prevents new breakouts. Before sports I would wash my face and put on the treatment, I find that this helps reduce new breakouts.
