Pros:

Works better than anything else i've ever used in the 10 years i've been struggling with acne. Clears up breakouts while i sleep so i wake up to clear skin.

Cons:

its kind of costly if you don't have insurance

I've used everything for my face, and i mean EVERYTHING over the counter to prescription and this is by far the best cream i have ever used. it doesn't make my face red, itchy, or flakey. i have had big red cystic pimples and small "normal" ones and my advice (well for girls i guess) i went on the pill, used minocycline, and used azelex, has worked better than any other combination ever! it finally made me feel normal again instead of the girl with acne. SO bottom line is! AMAZING and i would recommend it to anyone

Pros:

Very very good product; reccomend it to anyone with acne that bothers them. lightens scars and reduces pimples, you almost think that you have makeup on because everything has a reduced appearance.

Cons:

A prickly feeling after you put it on, but i didnt really bother me, but i guess it bothers others.

VERY VERY GOOD!!! TALK TO YOUR DERM AND GET A BOTTLE OF IT A.S.A.P!!!

Pros:

cheap, has worked better than anything else!

Cons:

doesn't completely clear my skin, but makes a noticeable improvement ; first few days of using it it burns a bit, but that eventually stops

definitely recommend! every other topical I've tried dries my skin out to the point that it's so painful i can't touch my face to wash it, and no oral antibiotics have worked.

Pros:

Lightened up my hyper-pigmentation and scarring from monster zits. (I don't get many pimples, but frequently get the big painful ones that seem to last for weeks, with scarring that had lasted for months)

Cons:

Lots of itching and burning, I was afraid it was causing a chemical burn, but it did not.

I would definitely try it! Makes large pores tighter as well. Also decreased oiliness of skin.

Pros:

Helps red and brown marks on sun damaged skin with adult acne and rosacea. Seemed to help reduce new acne lesions or shorten time to healing, not a miracle traeatment.

Cons:

Prickling feeling when freshly applied not intolerable but may bother some. Not available in my country.

I order this from NZ pharmacy with an extremely helpful pharmacist, cost is reasonable. It was not available for some time and replaced with a lotion that rolled off the skin. Skinoren product seems also to blend with makeup with a little effort so works for daytime too, not greasy at all. All this is pointless unless you use SPF >45. I will continue to use it daily and recommend it to others.

Pros:

cleared small zits and pimples which are not fully developed yet

Cons:

didnt help at all at big fully-developed acne; only small ones. in fact it made them worse than before. and it itches a lot!!

okay. i just started using this for one week. but i can see a bit results. well it cleared up all my small pimples, and it made my skin much more smoother. but it didnt help at the big pimples at all. it made them worse, and it itches ALOT. but just have patience. i recommend you guys to try it out ;] tips: drink at least 7cups of water everyday!!!

Pros:

My skin looks much younger and healthier now. Far fewer pimples, improved over-all appearance. Short list of very manageable side effects.

Cons:

Itching directly after application - wannt to scratch my face off.

My skin looks much younger and healthier now. I still get the occasional pimple, but my over-all skin tone is very much improved. I recently had surgery on my nose, (about 4 months ago) and the scar has completely disappeared - the doctors couldn't even find it when I went in for a follow up - this was an inch-long scar running straight up and down my nose, complete with stitch scars on either side! I am very pleased. Wish I could skip the itching, though...

Pros:

Reduces redness, helps acnew

Cons:

itching at first

I had been on accutane for years and this seems to do the trick. Using morning and night. I love it! I can see my acne scars fading away!
April 21, 2007

Pros:

relieved redness, Cleared breakout, Lightened red scars

Cons:

Cant think of any

This stuff works. I was on accutane a few years ago which worked very well but i now break out again(not as bad though) Skinoren really helped without the dryness and irritation that other topicals gave me. Iv been told from my derm not to use it for longer than 6 months though which is a downer!!

Pros:

No irritation, skin looks smooth, brown spots from previous acne are begining to fade. Safe to use while pregnant.

Cons:

Gave me a initial breakout

This med in my opinion works slower than a vitamin A based treatment. I noticed that it shrinks the pimples slowly.
