Pros:

It works! It smooths your skin and lessens the appearance of acne. Clears up zits a lot faster. Plus it's super cheap and easy!

Cons:

It's only a temporary fix, and I don't know about the side-effects of using so much aspirin.

I use the aspirin mask once a week, or every few days if my skin is particularly bad. It keeps things in check. But my biggest savior has been Omega 3 fish oil pills! They totally cleared up my skin after 3 months of consistent use.

Pros:

It works better than all other (expensive) products!!

Cons:

none

I'm suffering from acne since 10 years. I used tretinoin, benzoyl p., doxycycline and many over the counter products. Nothing really cleared up my face. I was really desperate! Next step, according to my dermatologist, was a treatment with accutane (which is very heavy stuff). But since I discovered this aspirin mask, there's no need to start the Accutane treatment. My face looks calm, no break-outs anymore and all my whiteheads and blackheads are gone. It's amazing how fast it works! I use it every other day before I go to sleep. For me, the best recipe contains 5 crushed aspirins mixed with sour creme (lac acid). Afterwords, my skin feels a bit fatty because of the sour creme. But the day after, my skin feels soft and looks healthier than ever before.

Pros:

leaves skin incredibly soft, evens out skin tone, help spots disappear, overall excellent mask!

Cons:

as long as you don't inhale the powder, don't get it in your eyes and don't eat it all, you should be alright :)

Use it if you want nice skin. I like to use many different variations: aspirin and yogurt, milk of magnesia aspirin, aloe gel, yogurt aspirin, emu oil, aloe, yogurt, honey aspirin, baking soda(makes it a fizzy mask-very interesting experience!), aloe and yogurt basically whatever you like to use that is normally good for a mask. keep in mind I am not a doctor and can only say that I had no problems with any of these recipes and obviously cannot guarantee that you will have the same, so try them at your own risk!

Pros:

Works, doubles as a scrub

Cons:

Difficult to pulverize aspirin and get water ratio right.

Try mixing in a bit of honey. This will keep it from flaking off and getting up your nose.

Pros:

cheap, works very well. Right now I'm using it. I have a bottle of 500 of 500 MG pills. So I know this will last me a long time. My skin feels and looks great. Go for it. What do you have to lose? What's the worst that can happen? not much

Cons:

Nothing

worth every cent. Does wonders.

Pros:

Smooth skin, less oil, smaller pimples

Cons:

Dryness

I needed a beter moisturiser because around my mouth was a bit dry [I have combination skin]. Other than that, this works great! I tried it yesterday and left it on for 10 minutes. I mix 3 aspirins with a bit of water to make it into a paste and add some aloe vera [straight from the plant! aloe vera stinks :P] Today, I left it on for nearly an hour and it's great!!! I'm going to do the mask 2-3 times a week but I just had to try it again today because I felt that I left it on too short yesterday. Try it for yourself!!

Pros:

Softens skin, reduces redness and pimple size, improved texture.

Cons:

None I've found yet

I had a horrible breakout a few weeks ago - large cystic acne across my forehead, down my temples and on my cheeks. I used the aspirin mask (6-8 aspirin mixed with honey and aloe) for three days in a row, and I am astonished by the results. The pimples are now tiny, dry and barely visible, and my skin tone has evened out significantly. My typically very oily skin is also far less oily. I love this recipe and intend to keep it up!

Pros:

Glowing, tighter and BRIGHTER skin. Very cheap and effective!!!!

Cons:

None.

I LOVE THE ASPIRIN MASK! After reading all of the reviews, I tried it myself, and I'm sold. It leaves my skin soft and tighter, and several friends of mine tell me my face is "glowing." I also had my best friend try it, and she fell in love w/it too!
