Pros:

Cheap, easy, works pretty good.

Cons:

Not very pleasent to use

It flatten the bumps on my face, made the big zits a lot smaller and less red, skin feels nice soft and smooth after BUT I really wouldnt recommend to go to bed with it or to use too much... I woke up with the worst nausea EVER and just feeling sooo bad and sick.. Bassicely you get some kind of small aspirin overdose so be carefull! But it truly is a good fast way to make your skin look better.

Pros:

Reduces redness of pimples and makes pimples less shiny

Cons:

dries out skin a lot if used often. Probably best for those with oily skin. Makes you sneeze

Good if used in moderation, won't clear blackheads or acne completely but will reduce inflammation and help to prevent new pimples from forming

Pros:

Cheap, which is ALWAYS, -ALWAYS- a pro! Can be used with aloe vera, honey, plain yogurt, witch hazel, or just alone with the water.

Cons:

Some dryness to the skin in certain areas, not suggested for those with sensitivities to aspirin or honey.

Used this a few days ago, and noticed near immediate results. Finer bumps along the hallow of my cheekbones shrunk, and redness relieved. Also noticed a few nasty acne scars fade a bit, particularly one along my chin; that sucker was sticking out like a sore thumb! It's still pretty noticeable, but not nearly as bad. Had a few bumps that I could feel, JUST under the surface of my skin. I knew immediately that they were going to be real shiners, but today...I can't feel them, at all! All I can say, is try it. But, don't think you're gonna get immediate results. It may take a few weeks before you notice any drastic changes. And be careful! Even if you use something like honey or yogurt, that's not enough to keep your skin from drying out. Use a moisturizer.

Pros:

Very cheap. Some improvement. Convenient (most households already have aspirin handy). If you don't like the mask, you can keep the unused aspirin for other uses.

Cons:

Messy, crumbly, can be harsh on skin if overused. It's awkward to crumble the aspirin - but I have found that melting them in a small amount of water for 10 minutes before crushing makes it much easier.

I have noticed a *small* improvement in the texture of my skin - all the fine bumps have smoothed somewhat. It's only been a few days and I have noticed any improvement in my acne, but I will wait a few weeks for that. My pores seem the same, but they weren't that big to start with. Immediately after using the mask, the skin feels smooth. But that smoothness fades away hours later, so it might just be due to the aspirin residue and not any real improvement in the skin. I will continue to use for one month to see if it clears up my blackheads and evens out the texture more. It's worth a try!

Pros:

umm...cheap?

Cons:

well...nothing bad i guess, besides the fact that it didnt really do anything.

Okay i picture a line in my head. Then at the right is the evil products that make my face break out. At the left end are the good products...even though i don't have any. In my opinion, the aspirin mask is in between, the netrual section. It didn't make my acne worse but yet it didn't help it, that's the reason i gave it 2 stars. I suggest trying it because a lot of people suggest it.

Pros:

it reduced redness and size from acne on my chin

Cons:

did nothing for my cheeks but dry out skin

Use only on chin if you have sensitive skin but definitely worth a shot

Pros:

acne was not as red.

Cons:

slightly stung me.
almost hurt to wash off.

I actually JUST got done washing the aspirin off my face and I can say right now, it kind of stings. I must say though, that the few pimples I have on my face are actually not as red and I have only used the aspirin idea once. I am sorry, I do not know how much I spent on the aspirin....it is old. =)
