i'm a pharmacist.. asprin is acetyl salycilic acid.. most products u buy that are facial cleansers contain salycilic acid. or benzoyl peroxide.. both work similarly on the skin. salycilic acid drys your skin and also drys up oil on ur skin causing pimples and acne to dissapear.. However.. its also dangerous.. it can be absorbed through your skin and can cause serious skin reactions as well as bodily reactions includin bleeds... Buy products from the store or see your dr. for a stronger strenght via prescription... The products you buy at the store at least you can trust and have been tested.
