Pros:

-affordable
-has numerous benefits for health

Cons:

-when first getting used to it taste can be overwhelming.

I love ACV!! I heard it could aid with weight loss, so I tried it, and noticed after a few weeks that my skin had improved! It didn't completely clear everything up but there is definitely an improvement. It has so many benefits for the digestive system and skin, it just makes sense to use it. I would recommend using the organic one though.

Pros:

clear skin
good for digestion
lower cholesteral
antibacterail
gums improved!

Cons:

tastes awful

Developed adult acne when I hit menopause. Tried every product on market, inc. a very expensive dermotologist and retin A. nothing worked. I now ingest a shot of acv in the morning and skin is brigher and clearer with virtually no breakouts. Topically, I mix it with 100% pure aloe; age spots diminished, acne redness and scars are disappearing. As I do have aging skin, I need the moisture from the Aloe. My skin has never look better, and I have spent 1000's of dollars! The aloe is also a good healing agent for redness and sensitivity. ACV restores proper ph balance, reducing skin's sensitivity to breakouts. I prefer RAW acv over processed, but both will work.

Pros:

Greatly reduced breakouts
Skin less oily
Faster healing
Digestive system is better

Cons:

It's stinky

I have been using this for a couple of months now and I really believe it's helping. My skin is less oily and I have had very few breakouts compared to normal, even during the time of the month when my skin usually gets bad. Spots seem less inflamed and heal quicker, and the red marks disappear faster. It also seems to have done something for my digestive system (I have mild IBS) which makes me wonder if that is linked to acne. I also add a few drops to a face mask once a week and it helps remove dead skin/red marks, face is very smooth after (can be little red initially but it goes down quickly). On the down side, it has a strong smell and doesn't taste great but it's okay diluted. I think it also needs to be taken consistently so you will have to travel with it.I usually take 2 tsps in a large glass of water - keep meaning to buy straws as I don't want to harm my tooth enamel. As other have said, buy an organic unpasteurized brand if you can. It's so cheap! Hope it works for you.

Pros:

Works Fast
All Natural
Heals existing cysts within a couple of days

Cons:

Taste
Aroma

I have been using ACV as a drink in the am. I mix 2 Tablespoons with a little water or apple juice, if I have, and throw it back. I also use it as a toner in the am and pm. It has worked wonderfully. The inflammation I had has decreased very quickly, over the course of the week. My face doesn't hurt anymore. The overall clarity of my skin has improved. My cysts are mainly at the jaw area, so that was main concern. It looks about 70 percent better and feels about 90 percent better. Only doing it for a week. Give it a try!

Pros:

Cheap, easy to use, fast results

Cons:

Can harm enamel of teeth

I use apple cider vinegar as a tonic twice a day. I keep a spray bottle in my bathroom, and have an ACV and water solution of about 1:6 in there. I spray a generous amount on a cotton pad every morning and night, and wipe on my face after exfoliating with baking soda. I also drink a tbsp of ACV in a large glass of water 2x a day. Other steps in my regimen: no commercial beauty products whatsoever. I wash my face with baking soda, tone with ACV, and moisturize with pure coconut oil. Important to note: I also cut out nearly all dairy products about 4 months ago. (I'm of Asian descent and definitely lactose intolerant.) Results: No new major zits in over a month, for the first time in 2-3 years. When small zits happen, they dry up quickly and don't leave as much hyperpigmentation and scarring behind as I'm used to from before. My skin has more of a glow, and interestingly, my stomach feels better, too. I'm on my way to being clear, knock on wood, and will probably save over $150 dollars this year on commercial beauty products in the meantime. Conclusion: since I'm doing a combination of new things, it's hard to know exactly what effect the ACV is having. But I intend to keep up with it, and really enjoy using it!

Pros:

- Generally good for you
- Cheap
- Easy to find

Cons:

- I still get breakouts
- Taste, Hell hath no fury like a shot of this stuff
- Potential damage to teeth enamel

I've been taking two shots of Bragg's a day for a week now and It's not really stopped me breaking out at all. I'm kinda disappointed because all the reviews seemed positive. Most people seem to have results within a few days but I certainly haven't.I'm still going to keep taking it in case it suddenly works, plus I hear it's really good for you generally. If I were you, I'd try it. It may or may not work out for you. It's worth a shot. Good luck!

Pros:

Clears pimples
Stops breakouts
reduces scarring

Cons:

tastes awful

I started this a few weeks ago and have not broken out since. Results are very quick (1-3 days). Makes skin less oily, however, I use this combined with topical lemon juice nightly. I drink 1-2 tablespoons per day diluted in a big glass of water with apple juice mixed in. Drink through a straw so it doesn't hurt your teeth. Highly Recommended

Pros:

Stopped stomach aches
"regular"
Brightened skin
Haven't broken out since started
More awake
Tastes good when properly mixed with water

Cons:

Can cause stomach ache in beginning when you start to detox
Can cause stomach ache if you mix too much acv and don't dilute it with enough water

I love this product. Actually, I bought Bragg's ACV. I began using it maybe about two weeks ago. I already see changes in my face. I usually occasionally get pimples but have some redness on my nose and next to my nose. I now don't have to wear makeup, as the redness has gone away and I haven't gotten one pimple since I've started. Also, I am prone to super bad stomach aches. The first day I took this, it flushed everything out my system and I had no stomach aches that day after that. Drinking this everyday makes me "regular" which helps the stomach aches. I now wake up wide awake around 9 am. Usually I wake up around 11-12 and sort of sleepy. I drink this by putting 2 TABLESPOONS Into a large glass (one that came with mango juice or the cranberry juice glass from grocery stores). I reuse that glass and bring it with me in the car and sip it throughout the day. The only times I've noticed also when it gives me a stomach ache is when I just eyeball the amount of ACV I put in and put a bad ratio of water + ACV. So if acv makes your stomach upset it could be 2 things: -Detox from everything you had in your stomach that wasn't digesting -you drank it straight from the bottle or with little water. I think 2 TBLSPNS +lots of water makes it taste REALLY GOOD. it kind of tastes like a kind of organic tea. It's very refreshing in hot Texas sun.

Pros:

less breakouts
clearer skin
easier than a lot of other acne regimes

Cons:

tastes bad
not good for teeth enamel

I recently stopped using Braggs Apple Cider vinegar because I got sick and had a sore throat and I wasn't sure whether taking this consistently for about two months was the cause of it. After I got better I started to take it again because I was really pleased with the results I was getting before I had stopped. I would take two teaspoons diluted in a tiny bit of water every morning and night and wash it down with a large glass of plain water. I noticed that my acne significantly decreased. I can recall that I stopped spending excessive amounts of time researching how to cure acne so that must mean that it was much more controllable than it had been prior to my taking it. I did not, however, stop breaking out completely. I would still get one or two pimples weekly but I would take that over 2-3 every single day anytime. However, after I recovered from my throat issues and started taking it again. I got sick again and had another sore throat. I've just recovered from that and I found myself on-line once again trying to find some remedy to help me with the crazy breakout I'm dealing with. I feel like the fact that I stopped taking it is a major reason why my face is behaving this way. I'm not sure if I can relate the two... maybe I just got the flu twice in a row due to bad luck and it has nothing to do with the ACV, I just thought I'd be honest and let everyone know my own personal experience. Anyway, I just took a look in the mirror today and said eh you know what, forget the risk... I can't deal with my skin looking like this and took my regular dose of ACV. This is the first review I've ever written. For anyone thinking of trying this, give it a go... it's cheap and it's been pretty effective for me.
