Fingers crossed for this ACV
Hello! I just moved here in Australia, about 3 months ago, but originally I'm from Philippines. So, I think that the main reason why I have a pimples breakout today is because of the change in humidity. I thought ACV is just for losing weight, but I saw one video discussing the effectiveness of this. I'm giving this a shot! Hopefully, this will be the answer to my problem. There's a lot of great reviews about this that push me to try! Will come back and post after 3weeks!

Could it work?
Ive been drinking Braggs ACV for 3 days now, so far my acne has flattened down but I do see some new red bumps from this.. not too bad though. It doesnt taste to bad once you get used to it, i fill my FIJI bottle with water and one tablespoon on ACV.. im hoping for good results in a week.

day 1 ACV challenge to get rid of my acne

Pros:

supposed to clear up skin
helps with rashes and stuff if its applied right

Cons:

tastes terrible
bad for teeth and breathe
stinks

day 1: first time ive ever even considered or tried ACV. it is terrible tasting, almost the worst thing ive ever drank (i drank 2 teaspoons straight with a medicine cup) at first it actually kind of stings a little as vinegar would but the taste does go away after a while if you chew gum like i did. when you drink it straight, holding your nose doesnt help one little bit so maybe dilute it with some water not orange juice, but not too much, because remember that the more you dilute it the more you have to drink which is what happened when i mixed 2 teaspoons of ACV the first time around with a glass of orange juice and later realized i should probably do it again with out anything else like water...bad idea. It smells and tastes horrible so have a sink and a pack of mints or gum handy for when the taste hits you it will help. from what ive read, ACV has helped many people with acne and all sorts of problems but im only on day one so lets see how long it takes for my acne to start improving.

Pros:

None for me other than its cheap.

Cons:

Made me break out with cysts that I haven't had in over six months.
Tastes absolutely horrible.

I tried this because of all the positive reviews of it. I was trying to clear up the rest of my moderate acne and it brought cysts back which I haven't had for over six months. It may work for some but definitely not me.

Pros:

-Cheap
-Easy to mix

Cons:

-No results in 7 days

This does not work if you have stubborn, oily skin. I didn't notice any improvement in a week, although I will keep on it for another few just to see if anything happens.

Pros:

Cheap, natural

Cons:

Did not work! Burns and hurts! Bad for your esophagus and teeth.

Several friends swear by this, I used it religiously for a couple of months. I would drink with apple juice and brush my teeth after but it was still horrible to down. I didn't get the results I was expecting. Finally went to a dermatologist and I have cystic acne so I need Accutane. Save yourself the time and pain. This may work for some people but I don't recommend it.

Pros:

IT WORKS!

Cons:

Horrible taste, you feel like puking after. If you take too much it can do damage to your esophagus and digestive system.

Take 2 teaspoons after breakfast and 2 at night. You notice results after about 3 days. I have only broken out once in 2 weeks of using this stuff. I love ACV (just not the taste)... but it's well worth the results. =)

Pros:

as a drink it has some benefits with weight loss but as a toner it rocks! my skin is not terribly oily but was getting big zits and this is the only thing that works for me. I have spent tons of money on proactive murad lancome clinique..this works

Cons:

its stinky but SO worth it it burns a little so may not be good foe sensitive skin. Try a little at first to see if you can tolerate.

if you have just had a microderm or chem. peel wait a week before trying. buy unfiltered un pasturized prefferably from your local health food store. can be a little drying so you may want to follow with an oil free moisturizer like dermalogica or neutrogena. try this is nothing else has worked for you. belive me, ive tried everything! you have nothing to loose. the price is so awsome!

Cons:

burns the throat a little

Did nothing but waste my money. I drank 2 tbs twice a day; i finished the whole bottle. I even got the unfiltered/organic/unpasteurized kind. TOTAL disappointment.
