Pros:

Very cheap; reduces redness when used over a few weeks; reduces spot size over a few days; smells medicinal but pleasant; can be used for many other things; small tub lasts for up to a year; good on black- and white-headed pimples (spots)

Cons:

Does not absorb into skin quickly; leaves a white, chalky residue on skin (perhaps due to water resistance)

An excellent product - I have spent so much money and time on products to help my acne (which I would class as moderate to severe), and all the while, I had Sudocrem in my cupboard. The 125g tub costs roughly £3 from Boots (an English drugstore) and so far one tub has lasted me about a year (and I still have some left in there!). I would recommend putting this on as a thin layer over the whole face/neck/chest (wherever the acne is) before you go to bed, but the skin should be as dry as possible as the cream repels water. It takes a while to absorb in fully, but when I first used it, overnight I noticed a change in my skin - some spots were already reduced in size and redness, and many of the whiteheads had disappeared totally. Recommended to anybody with skin problems - it works wonders on burns and eczma too! My skin type is combination and there was no effect on the oiliness or dryness of the different areas of my face. Just a note, do not wear beneath make-up!!

Pros:

Clearer skin over night!
Doesn't dry out the skin or sting like other products I've tried.
Really cheap and lasts along time, which is saying something because I put so much on!

Cons:

I find that the tub is too deep, the cream gets under my nails and as it's water resistant it's hard to get rid of.
I can't wear it under makeup. I find putting a thick opaque layer on and leaving it over night is the best for me.

A great product that I reccomend to anyone.

Pros:

Reduces redness' reduces swelling and also reduces size of the spot.

Cons:

Cloggs pores if you use too much' doesnt really get rid of spots just reduces the size.

Dont use alot of it only use a bit because i used to just slap loads of it just on to my face and it caused half of my pimples and blackheads.

Pros:

If a spot does occur it goes down ten times as fast with this cream!

Cons:

My boyfriend laughed at my ghostly white chin until he got used to it

I have used this product for almost 3 years and i swear by it for acne, my skin isn't as bad as it used to be but i am also on the contraceptive pill dianette which my doctor gave me to help. With my sudocrem as well my acne is well under control, after years of trying everything over the counter i find that a £3 baby cream on a clean face every night works WONDERS! I recommend it to all my friends for all sorts of things, they say i'm like the dad from my big fat greek wedding with windex, so please try it! The tub lasts for ages too!

Pros:

Reduced redness

Cons:

Have to use it for a while in order to make a difference. Hard to keep on at night.

My sis recently had a baby and got loads of tiny free samples. I used it twice, and saw that the redness went away but a small bump is still visible. Use more consistently and it should have an affect. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! It helps so much. Detox your skin. You'll see the difference.

Pros:

Works fairly well, and does not look white if you use less and rub it in. I've found that it is no more effective if I apply a thick layer than if I use it similar to lotion and rub it in.

Cons:

Might not be ideal for those with really oily skin.

I bought this when in the UK to use on my daughter's diaper rash. I am prone to rashes on my face and neck from using hair products.I tried the cream to see if it helped the itchy rash. Instant relief! I then tried it on my (minor) acne. Works at least as well as more expensive products and causes fewer side effects. No redness, irritation, or drying.
