Pros:

My acne literally disapered.

Cons:

Severe swelling, drying, and redness.

Sure, it got rid of my moderate acne, but there was a price to pay for that. I have relativley sensitive skin, and I must have been allergic to one of the ingredients. By face was totally red, with swelling around my eyes. (I didn't even put it there!) Then after the redness got better, my entire face was all dried out, scally, and disgusting. I used it two weeks ago and I'm still battling the dry, gross skin.

Pros:

Does not leave my face looking or feeling oily. Moisturizes fairly well. Feels "cool" on application. Seems to "even out" skin tone. Does not aggravate acne.

Cons:

Not many. Moisturizes well enough for me, but sometimes I look in the mirror 5 minutes later and have to re-apply it to a few dry spots. I doubt it would moisturize well enough if I was on BP, Retin-A, etc. (currently only use a gentle cleanser)

Other moisturizers leave my face oily and red (Cetaphil, Neutrogena). This stuff does not leave me oily at all, and I think it even decreases redness. It does not fight acne directly, but it doesn't aggravate it either, unlike other moisturizers I've tried. For this reason, it has helped clear me. Also, I am not one of those people who believe that just because something is "natural" it will be better for your skin. I simply found a product that works for me. If you are like me, you are cynical of all those claims of "natural" acne cures. This product does not cure acne, or even claim to, but it did imporve my complextion, maybe it wil improve yours.

Pros:

all

Cons:

none

this works as an aftershave, a cooling gel and moisturizer. i'm convinced it prevents wrinkles, heals and moisturizes like no other natural product.

Pros:

- cures dry skin
- improves texture of skin
- reduces size of pimples

Cons:

- feels sticky
- stings eyes if it goes in them

I started using Aloe Vera exactly 3 weeks ago and I could not be happier. I had severe dry skin as a result of previously used harsh acne products. This product healed my dry skin in one week. As for my acne, it hasn't been a miracle cure, but certaintly does help. My pimples are smaller in size and redness. It does not prevent acne so maybe you could try combining it with some other product. I had light skin discoloration from scars which was helped greatly. Just try it, you have nothing to lose.
