The consistency..

It works well on my Keratosis Pilaris.  The pigment in my bumps lightened and it smoothed my skin. However the smells is not pleasant and it's very runny, it's like water. I do not believe it's supposed to be this way.

Great product minus the expiration date

I was so glad to get this product based off a YouTube review and I'm glad I did. It makes my face soft and moisturized and also does great before makeup primer. I hope to see some dark spots go away eventually. The only thing I'm bummed about is the expiration date for 6 months after I purchased it...good thing I used it right away.

Made such a difference
Alright so about a year ago I had severe acne around my jawline and chin area. It got so bad that I went on accutane for 6 months to clear it, although right before I went on it I ordered this product. I never ended up using it since using it with Accutane would completely destroy my skin. Long story short I've been off accutane for the last 6 months and my skin was doing fine, I had no breakouts for the whole of those 6 months. Only the occasional pimple here and there. Then about two weeks ago I suddenly started breaking out around my chin, now having been free of acne for so long having this happen to me was really demotivating and stressful. I then remembered that I still had this tube of glycolic acid I bought, at first I was super super sceptical of it. I was concerned that it might make my skin worse and then I might not be able to go back, but in fact the exact opposite happened. I've been using it on my breakout (and all over my face mixed with a moisturiser) for the last week and my breakout has completely stopped. The dark spots are fading quickly and my skin overall is just looking healthier. Hopefully it continues to improve (Also I really urge those of you stuggling with acne to cut down on your dairy intake, I realised that as soon as I drink a lot of milk or have a lot of dairy products my skin starts to breakout. Try replacing your milk with almond or coconut milk)

Hello, I am wondering the same thing. Any help?

Very good exfoliant
I bought this product and was really surprised by the effect of it on my skin. I can feel my skin smoother and brighter. So I'm sure it gets rid of dead skin cells and helps cell turnover. Also, it doesn't break me out. The only tiny problem is that it burns a little my skin. I have two 10% Glycolic Acid exfoliants, one from acne.org and another from a national brand (I'm from Brazil). Both are very good, I just don't give it 5 stars because I feel that my skin feel a bit more irritated after I use the acne.org's one. Though it is totally worth buying.

Help
I have been on the regimen for about a month now and for the most part, the side effects have subsided. I haven't experienced any redness for a while and I ocassionally experience some dryness but NOTHING compared to how dry and flaky my skin was. I would smile and my face would literally crack. I've heard many good things about AHA and I'm wondering if now would be a good time to start or if I should wait a little longer. I'm only doing the regimen once a day as of now and seems to be working just fine. I want to know if I should start AHA already, and how/when to apply it with the regimen. Also the side effect please ! I mostly have scars now but no active acne

the aha plus would take the place of your moisturizer. I would ease into starting with a few days a week before using it everyday. aha is favorable to dry skin so it shouldnt try you out if so you can add moisturizer ontop

When you start to ease into it mix it half and half with moisturizer and use it every night if you don't have sensitive skin. If you do have sensitive skin mix it with moisturizer but only use it twice a week once a day and increase the amount of times you do it in a week as your skin gets used to it.

hey girl! it is suggested to begin using the AHA one month into the regimen. I've been on the regimen for about 3 months now and I just started using the AHA two nights ago and I can already tell in difference in my skins texture. it is so smooth and even looking already. but I'm experiencing some redness/itch here and there. but im sure that's normal with my sensitive skin. hope this helped!

Please use AHA. 1 Pump of AHA + 1 Pump of Moisturizer + 10 drops of Jajoba Oil. You will not feel much sting. Please Please avoid direct sun exposure while using AHA. Use Sun Screen ..If you use the way i mentioned, you will not have single issue. AHA is excellent product ..

you can always ease into using it, helpful tips, make sure your skin is 100% dry, your rubbing it in lightly, you can always apply a light oil or serum before applying the aha

Love it.
I have been doing a routine of Cetaphil (and off-brand knock-offs) cleanser and moisturizer, with benzoyl peroxide, for years. My skin goes through cycles of break-outs and clear patches, usually settling somewhere in-between. I'd never heard of AHA, but I read up on it and decided to try it. I've been using it about 3 weeks, and I love it. I still get some spots, but overall, my skin is a lot clearer. My face looks really fresh, and some days my skin is almost glowing. I'm definitely going to keep using it 2-3x/week, and next I think I'll try adding a retinol moisturizer, because I've read good reviews of that as well.

Question
I've only been on the regimen for about two weeks. The instructions say to use the glycolic acid after one month of being on the regimen but I find that my real problem are just red marks/blemishes. I get pimples but it's not severe. Is it bad that I started using it too early? I mix it with the acne.org moisturizer.

Hey! It's not bad :) I don't even do the regiment and I emailed them to ask if I could use that even if I dont use their regiment. They said that if I dont have active acne, then I should go ahead! By your description its pretty much the same as me :) I do this for marks!! It helps! plus the texture of my skin is like its never been!

Heaven Sent!!
As soon as I use this product I feel it working. (Tingling and doing it's job) This product is a must have. I was, at one point, breaking out so badly and when it was time to use this, literally the very next day all my acne calmed down. The visible bumps and white/blackheads were gone. I love this solely for night time use. This product is definitley amazing. Thank you, it's heaven sent.
