Pros:

This product really cleared up my skin fast. I had been using another AHA product and this one is much nicer. A little goes a long way and the thin consistency help to spread it. I've used it on my back and face with excellent results.

Cons:

It smells a little, but that goes away quickly.

I have very sensitive dry skin, but didn't have any stinging with this product. It works really well to clear up acne on the face as well as the chest and back. Since I've been using the product I haven't had any more breakouts - it does the job.

Pros:

It is making my skin tone a lot more even and I can already see the annoying body scars going away. It's also helping immensely with the active pimples.

Cons:

It doesn't smell great, getting the stuff out of the bottle is a pain, and it takes a -really- long time to fully absorb into the skin (we're talking an hour or more!), so you have to start getting ready for your day earlier.

So far, so good. The smell fades after a while and you can cover it with perfume/hair products/non-scented moisturizer. So not a big deal. The biggest issue I have had is the drying problem, since the video says you can just apply and get dressed, but I have to wear an oversized t-shirt while I wait for it all to fully absorb, because I don't want to ruin any of my nice clothes. It is a little sticky after applying and doesn't make me feel clean and I am not using a very large amount.

Pros:

It didn't make my face clearer, but it didn't make it worse either.

Cons:

I can't believe how many rave reviews there are about this product. For me, all it did was make my skin so incredibly itchy. My face would seriously feel like it was burning, it stung so much & my skin is not even that sensitive!!

I gave this a product a fair 2-month run. First, I tried to use it as a lotion but after it stung so much, I decided to only use it as a spot treatment - it still stung like crazy! I read all the FAQs about AHA & I even emailed Dan/Brandy for advice. Brandy said to apply less - but if I applied any less there would be nothing on my face! I also tried it without applying bp beforehand but I still got the same results: itchy/stinging skin. I tried the product on my back & it wasn't irritating at all, so I guess it was only my face that didn't have a good reaction to the AHA. Bottom line, there are less painful ways to get 100% clear skin!! For people who don't have a good experience with the AHA, I would definitely recommend Paula's Choice 2% BHA instead, along with bp of course. It's changed my skin completely! I really wanted this product to work & I'm dissapointed that it didn't. I still love all of Dan's other products, though. :)

Pros:

Makes skin smooth, and tingles so I know it's working.

Cons:

Caused new pimples, and it balls up so it is best used before bed and not under make up

My mild/moderate acne was totally under control from using the Regimen, and I decided to add the AHA treatment to make my skin smoother and brighter and to diminish my few wrinkles. After using it just two or three times, I awoke to three new pimples on my cheeks (where I have never broken out before). So even though it's not supposed to clog pores, it does not agree with my skin. It's too bad, because I liked how it made my skin look and feel (apart from the new pimples). So now rather than wasting it, I'm using it on my hands before bed.

Pros:

Not oily, nice packaging

Cons:

Broke me out and did not reduce scare marks..

i was using a product similiar to this called Alpha Hydrox AHA. In my opinion the alpha hydrox AHA is a way better product.. it was actually eliminating my body acne. I tried this product since i ran out of Alphra Hydrox and it broke my out nasty... Alpha Hydrox is a better product and its cheaper.

Pros:

Smooths skin, fades red marks a bit, gets rid of flakes. Goes on smooth and soaks in just quickly enough. Reminds me of pudding. :)

Cons:

If you don't wait long enough after applying BP, it can ball up. Easily fixed by allowing yourself more time.

I noticed results after about two weeks. This stuff does the trick. I use a thin layer all over my face morning and night, after BP and before Moisturizer. My skin is smooth and soft and quite happy. It only stings for me if I have a scratch somewhere or an open spot, but it doesn't bother me when it does. It's a high quality product that hasn't let me down for a very fair price. I spot treat with it on my back and it has helped there, too! Just a little blob the size of a bb works.

Clears dark spots!

I've had acne all throughout high school and into my college. Once I started to use this product all of my dark spots have gone away. I've been using this product for about 2 years now and my skin is clear and smooth with no dark spots. This product is the best thing that has happened to my face! I recommend getting it with Acne.org's Benzoyl Peroxide treatment, but DO NOT use both on your face. I will use the treatment in the morning and at night, but every other week, for one night, I would use the glycolic acid, instead. Only use this product once a week or once every 2 weeks, this product is strong especially when you are using the benzoyl peroxide treatment. But using these two together is what helped my acne and skin clear up.

Back and Butt
Works really great for back and butt acne, for my face I only use it as a spot treatment as I found it made my face really oily.
