Pros:

It works!

Cons:

Smells a little funky

I'm 38 years old and have been struggling with chest acne for the last 10 years. Every May/June when the weather gets hot, I start to break out. Got some relief from antibiotics prescribed by dermatologist, but it always came back after they were done. I know that it was irritated by sweat from golfing, running volleyball, and even just being outside on sunny days. AHA+ has completely cleared me up. I apply it every morning and right before bed.

Pros:

-I believe it works
-fades scars
-doesn't dry out face or burn ( don't even use my normal moisturizer because of licochalcone mixture)
-A little goes a long way

Cons:

has only been a week, but none yet. Only worry I have is using it before going on vacation and being in the sun because I hear it makes you more sensitive to the sun.

I usually don't review products but I truly believe this stuff works. Even though it has only been a week I have not had a flair up and my scars from previous acne are fading. I have a mild case of acne. I get a few cystic like pimples at a time and they are quite annoying and red. I went to the derm and they prescribed me epiduo and duac. These products can dry out your face at times. I saw some results from these prescriptions, but nothing dramatic. I started looking for more natural and effective ways to control the cystic acne I get at times. I have been drinking lemon juice twice a day and using the acne.org AHA. I'm not sure which is helping more, but I think the combination of both is helping. Another plus is the AHA is not drying due to the mixture with licochalcone. I haven't even used my moisturizer and been perfectly fine. What I have been doing and is working for me. Morning: - Cup of water with lemon juic -Wash with just water, no cleanser. Derm told me no need to use a cleanser, unless you use makeup, which I don't - Pat face and let dry for a few minutes - Apply acne.org AHA Night- Same every few days I'll mix organic honey with lemon juice and apply it to my face and let sit for about 15 mins and wash it off then do my morning or night application. I believe that all these prescription products are harsh and don't really work. This is working for me right now so I will stick with it. Hope this helps..

Pros:

Clears acne and cleans pores
Helps with red marks and scarring

Cons:

Makes you a little red, but this isnt a problem since you can just use it at night.
Tastes bad, I know, weird to say, but if you are kissing your hubby he is going to make a gross face at the way this tastes if you get it too close to your lips

I LOVE this stuff. And this is coming from a person who HATES lotions and moisturizers. This stuff is great, it treats pimples, clears up acne, prevents breakouts, and evens skin tone. It has made my skin a little red/sensitive, but well worth it. I also HATE the regimen, cant stand it, this is the ONLY acne.org product that I like, but he did get this one right.

Pros:

Acne almost gone
fading post-acne scaring
moisturizing

Cons:

none so far ..don't mind the stinging as long as it works

I have been using this in conjunction with the Murad Clarifying cleanser and Murad supplements (the only Murad products that actually work for me) and I have seen a wonderful improvement in my skin over the past two weeks. If I start to get any breakout this AHA+ wipes them out and leaves them very small and manageable, very easy to cover with a little concealer (I prefer Cover FX from sephora, if you have acne and you have never used this makeup ladies your missing out). Anyway, I can actually go to the gym without makeup now without feeling self conscious, which is a feeling I haven't felt in months...and it's all thanks to this AHA+...it works...Thanks Daniel!!! The price I paid includes the shipping fee.

Pros:

Exfoliates, my skin is so soft now. Clears acne and adds a rosy glow to my skin.

Cons:

Stings a little, but it doesnt bother me too much. You need to be sure you are wearing sunscreen. It makes you burn more easy. But you should be wearing sunscreen any way.

Very reasonable price. Im thrilled with the results. My skin is super soft. Cleared my skin up first using the Acne.org regimen and now I use it on its own after cleansing with Acne.org cleanser at night. Keeping my skin clear for the most part. I love it.

Pros:

Super Light Weight
Great Exfoliator
Fantastic Moisturizer
Completely eliminates flakiness

Cons:

Can sting at times
Smells like Honey Dijon mustard

Along with using BP at night, I would have to agree with Dan that this product is fantastic as a nightly moisturizer and as an added treatment for my acne! Would highly recommend as a spot treatment as well!

It can irritate the skin if over used.

AHA for me is best used as a spot treatment. I like its ability to help control large cystic acne,

Pros:

Reduces pores, evens out skin tone, lightens dark spots, very good moisturizer (at night). Reduces blemishes and controls break-outs. Excellent product.

Cons:

In the beginning, a little oily. Stick with it, your skin will adjust over time.

I've always had manageable acne, but about four months ago it was borderline severe. I went on Epiduo (ouch), for almost 2 months. It helped to purge the few hundred zits under my skin and dry up the surface acne but I was left with very bad hyperpigmentation. My brown skin had dark spots all over it. My derm wanted me to spend almost $50.00!!! (1-2 month supply) for his office brand glycolic pads. I told him no thank you and started doing my research. Thankfully I found this product for a great price and it really really works!! My skin is smooth and it glows. I may get 1 -2 pimples after a drink, but only for a fews days; then they're gone with no marks left behind. For $16.00 it's worth a try, and if it works 1 tube should last a couple months or more. A little goes a long way.

THE BEST
I just want to say that I'm a skin care junkie! I've used everything out there. Expensive brands, drugstore brands, etc. This is the best AHA product I've ever used! Seriously, even if you don't have acne, this product will do wonders for scarring, discoloration, and aging. I will definitely continue to buy this product!
