Did nothing other than make me look like I was peeling.
I used to use this before I went to sleep to try to reduce spot size. I'm not sure if it worked to be honest. Since trying retin a for two months (and failing) this product now breaks me out further. It smells very chemical-like, almost like it's going to burn a little. It does burn and that's about all it did for me. I also tried thei overnight gel? It's in the same silver packaging and is meant for all over the face in a larger bottle and this not only broke me out but also gave my an allergic reaction.

Didn't work.
I have oily skin with moderate/severe acne. A yearish ago, I used this a few times a week as a spot treatment on pimples for almost a year and it didn't shrink my pimples or anything.

Burning Sensation.

Pros:

None.

Cons:

Harsh Chemicals
Smells Bad
Makes Acne Worse

I first saw Clean & Clear's Acne Spot Treatment advertised in Seventeen magazine for a "miracle cure." The bottle costed around $13 CA. I didn't think it was that bad, considering the cost of makeup and I was desperate for a cure. The first time I applied Clean & Clear, it felt like my skin was being eaten away by harsh chemicals. I understood that it was the gist of the product, and continued to use it. My cousin, nineteen years old, has dry skin/moderate acne. She tried this product and her skin was inflamed, (more) dry and irritated. Me, on the other hand, with combination skin (oily T-zone) and moderate acne, had my skin inflamed, irritated, dried out and the effects were horrible. It made my acne worse!

Started off good, and ended up terrible.

Pros:

Clears acne at first.

Cons:

Creates more breakouts
Dries out skin.

When I first used this product I thought I had found the miracle cream. I originally got it in the Clean & Clear Advantage acne kit and it worked miracles on breakouts I already had. But as time went on I noticed the more it cleared up the acne I already had, the more would appear. And they would be larger and hurt a lot more. Would not recommend this to anyone other than a fast ONE day solution but not long term.

Pros:

-reduced pimple size after about a week

Cons:

-stings when you put it on
-made my skin peel off
-made me look like i had worse acne than i do as it made the area around the pimple red
-caused my skin to be very very dry
-made the zit last longer because my face was so raw

I'm not usually one to complain but this spot treatment ruined my skin for about two weeks even after I stopped using it. The decreased pimple size doesn't even matter because first of all it takes so long to actually happen and secondly it aggravated my skin so much that even after the pimple went away on its own i still had a large red area where it had been. If i hadn't put this stuff on it all the zits would be gone by now. I hat ego say it but this product is really not worth it.

Pros:

If you like a fiery burning sensation on your skin, you'll love this product!
Pretty much the only "pro" is that it's clear and in gel form.

Cons:

Actually the gel form kinda sucks too, because it doesn't dry, so when you go to bed it will rub off.
I've had many different "acne spot treatments" this is by far the worst and most ineffective.

Don't buy this product... there are cheaper products that will not make you writhe in pain and will actually make your zits go away. As I'm writing this, I have tears, from the intensity of the painful burn. /:

Pros:

It's clear and odorless.

Cons:

It burns and stings and, in my experience, doesn't help with acne at all.

It sucks.

Cons:

Doesn't work
Causes redness
smells bad

This works for a lot of people, but not me. It didn't work at all, and I paid a lot for it.

Pros:

can be used under or over make up
easy to apply
not a strong odor
can apply as much or as little as you want
does help with little spots/pimples

Cons:

doesn't make a difference to big spots
can make skin feel tight
after a while it peels off
over priced considering it doesn't really work

I bought this because I had a huge pimple on my chin which i needed to get rid of, and had a day to do so. I don't really get pimples so i went out to buy something quick, this product claims to reduce the pimple in 4 hours, and says the pimple will basically be gone in 4 hours. This is not true, i have been applying it for 2 days and have been putting quite a bit on very frequently, and there's no change what so ever, it makes me skin on my chin feel dry but the spot is still there - i don't recommend this product, not if you want a quick fix.
