Clean & Clear : Advantage Acne Spot Treatment

I used this product for a few weeks and it did nothing to improve my breakouts.

When I first got this I thought it was working because it dries up the pimple a little; however a few months in, I realized the pimple would dry up just as fast without it!!The worst part is it has left me with many bright red/purple marks that take weeks to fade!! I would have been better off using nothing.

I used this for a few years, but I don't think it actually does anything, I have used some far better on the spot treatments! It says you can wear this over or under makeup which is also a lie. I've tried lots of different foundations with this and application techniques but it comes straight off with makeup in an orangeybrown clump of gloop. My main problem with this product is that the packaging is rubbish! I'd take the lid off and it would flow out of the nozzle and not slow until my fingers were covered. The lid was always full of congealed gloop because it leaks so much. EVERY tube I had did the same thing - very frustrating. I wrote Clean and Clear a letter about this and they very kindly sent me a £2 voucher. The product costs more than a fiver and I've bought about 15 tubes because of the leaks. i actually bought it because of the good reviews i read from people who suffered from acne. i put it on the big visible spots day and night, the next morning there was no result (of course, because you can't expect a clear skin overnight) but i continued using it the next day and then in the morning i was in my room sitting on the floor just under my window and i was looking at my face in the mirror and noticed that my face looked very oily that it looked greasy. lets just get to the point why i don't recommend this; it worsens my acne. my pimples got redder and bigger. my face looked more oily than it did before. i dont recommend anyone to buy it.

I bought this product after reading majority of good reviews on it. But after 1 week I had to stop using it. It made my acne worse than it was. I would apply the cream at night on one pimple, and when I wake up the next day I would have 5 more surrounding it. Same thing happened with even the small tiny pimples. I also read some reviews on the cream leaving burn marks. It's true. I had about 2 pimples on my chin, I popped them, applied the cream. And when I woke up the next day my chin was covered in burn marks and pimples. Luckily I had some experience with acne scars in the past, so I applied lightening cream to the scars. I'm still currently applying the lightening cream but so far only I've seen some slight lightening. I'm never using this product again

HMMMMM i dont recommend, its a 1 in 100 shot that it will work for u get something else thats worth ur money ... sry im a little frustrated but i rlly need my face clear and if u think it will work overnite and u need it to dont get this product plzzz dont!! hope this helped!!! :)

Would leave large, dark gray scars behind for a few months after use. I was always pleased to find the blemishes would disappear rather quick, but the scar left over was difficult to cover up and felt like the Spot Treatment had not been worth the trouble.

It did not work for me..it made my skin even worst by the next day with like 6 new breakouts. I would not recommend it

I rarely get pimples and it so happen that I had a major event coming up and i did not want to resort with make up. Well, i made a terrible mistake. This product left dark burn marks all over my face. I didnt leave the house for 10 days because of embarrassment. The burn marks hasnt healed yet, and this product has traumatized me. I dont think i can ever trust any product to put on my face ever! This literally ruin my face! Be cautious! Urgh. It doesnt even worth the 1 star! I would pick no star at all if i could!
