Pros:

I really like the smell! The first day it made my skin really red. But it helped a lot! Even on the bigger bumps. Its been about a week and I haven't got any new pimples.

Cons:

Besides the initial burning and mild dryness I dont have anything else to say.

Works really fast.

easy to apply, when dries, easy to put make-up over, does not leave you overly dry or oily.

Cons:

stung for the first week or two, but i have adjusted

I have tried soloyn and many other prescriptions and topicals but none have been as this spot treatment, which i use as an all over topical on a nightly basis. works fantastics with the clean and clear advantage acne control moisturizer, which comes in a kit with the spot treatment. sorry to see so much negative feedback

Pros:

Reduces pimple size and dries out pimple in a short time.

Cons:

Stings when applied on pimple but is bearable. Worth the pain.

The best pimple treatment medication I have used yet that is under $10. Works well on a pimple or two, but not sure about acne since I have to put a lot of it on a pimple to feel the sting. You know it works when it stings. I put it on at night and in the morning the pimple size is greatly reduced. I only use it when a pimple forms.

Pros:

Clear, fast-drying, fast-acting. Less drying than Benzoyl Peroxide.

Cons:

Burns a little when applied to open pimples and pustules. Since it brings yuck to the surface, it can turn a tiny pimple into a monster.

The people complaining about the product probably did not follow instructions. It's a spot treatment, not meant to be used on the whole face. Also, you're not supposed to use it to eliminate a pimple in a day, it's supposed to be rubbed onto the pimple in a small, small amount to help dry it out. Doesn't irritate my pre-existing pimples like Benzoyl Peroxide can.
