Pros:

not oily, the face scrub is amazing, and overall works great!

Cons:

the night gel tends to make my face stiff and dry, but the effects are great!

I have only been using this system 1 day and I can already see the changes. my acne has gotten smaller and my skin is so much softer! I love it!

Pros:

Noticeable difference! Skin is no longer oily/shiny and instead is clear/smooth.

Cons:

Skin will probably get worse before it gets better. Not recommended for sensitive skin.

At first my acne prone areas got worse, new bumps and redness, however the other areas of my face were much smoother and clearer. The side effects went away after about 3 days. The facewash is refreshing in the mornings and evenings and leaves the face feeling clean. The moisturizer is nice and is SPF 15 but has a slight smell. The overnight mask is the acne killer but it can leave your face feeling tight and dry Definitely try it if you don't have overly sensitive skin. Stick with it for at least 2 weeks. After the first week if your skin gets too dry, stop and give your face a break for a couple nights then start up again. I am still on my first kit and it's been about 2 months. I get a small breakout if I get lazy and don't stay on the regimen, but going right back on it and using a spot remover the breakout is gone overnight.

Pros:

Works great if you follow directions. One kit lasts more than 2 months for me.

Cons:

Run out of SPF lotion before cleanser and spot treatment. Haven't been able to find in any store for over 3 months.

I love this product. It is only one I have found that really works. I have been using it off and on for about 8 yrs and every time I try something else I break out. I am almost out and cannot find anywhere. But, good news, it should be back in 2 or 3 weeks. Try ordering from Target or [link removed].

Pros:

Looks pretty. I like the facial cleanser.

Cons:

If you have severe adult acne, steer clear. My face seemed to get better after a few weeks, only to divebomb into the worst breakout I've had since I was a teen. I'm still battling some big, scar-inducing ones!

If you just get the occasional pimple and want a nice easy system to maintain your face, here you go.

Pros:

Makes pimples go away quickly.
Nice Smell
Better than Proactive

Cons:

For some people this can make them very irritated or have dry skin

This really does work, just give it some time and you should be pretty clear , without it my face would be a warzone. The only problem is that I run out fast.

Pros:

Clears up stubborn acne. No chemically harsh smelling cream (its actually quite pleasant).

Cons:

Overnight acne lotion is super strong. It really tightens and dries up your face, but when used with the moisturizer its hardly noticeable.

This product actually really works. I tried other 3-step products before and nothing has worked as well as this one. By the end of week 2, I could really see a noticeably clearer difference in my breakout areas (cheeks and around chin). Get this product now.

Pros:

Inexpensive, Only 3 steps, clears up skin fast,

Cons:

A little drying

I was about to buy Philosophy's Makeup Optional kit, but thought I'd try a less expensive product first. I'm so glad I did!! This Neutrogena kit is great!! It's really easy, 2 steps in the morning and 2 at night. I noticed a difference the first week I started using it. My only problem was that the BP night lotion left my skin really dry. I solved that problem by using Cetaphil moisturizing CREAM. Not a problem anymore! I highly recommend this.

Pros:

Cleared my face up the moment I started using it. My face hasn't been this clear since I was 12. (now 25)

Cons:

It does cause dryness, a little flakiness, and the night time lotion can be itchy - from reading the comments above I may be just about to hit the make or break point (1.5 months)

So far I LOVE IT. My acne has always been very flaky so a little extra dryness (which I combat with a second oil-free lotion) is not a big deal for me. I hope it continues to work because I would use this forever with the way my face looks and feels now. I've never seen results so fast. The first week I used it my skin felt different and after a month and a half I haven't had ONE major breakout. When you compare it to Proactive or even going on medication $19 bucks is not much.
