Pros:

None

Cons:

Irritated my skin, overnight cream gave me some intense peeling and the lotion did absolutely no help.

This product did not work on my active acne at all. Total waste of money and time.

Pros:

Smell isn't bad.

Cons:

BP lotion is really drying, and tightened my skin a lot.
Didn't clear my skin up in 2 days like the packaging said.
The bottle also kept leaking out the face wash, which is a total waste or money.

I saw some improvement, but my skin didn't go next to perfect like it did when I used Proactive (over 5 years ago). One side of my face got really clear, but now has HUGE ugly zits on it. They hurt a lot. The other side took a long time to clear up, but I guess I have some hyperpigmentation so, that's going to take a long time to go away. I'm not sure if I would buy this product again. I think I'm going to go to a dermatologist first. It did work better for me than Dermalogica Anti-Bac Skin wash with Garnier face lotions. I recommend it if you have light acne, but mine was moderate.

Pros:

The first week or so it seemed to really clear up my face. So i continued to use it morning and night as the package directed.

Cons:

after the first few weeks i starting getting 2-3 new whiteheads everyday, my major problem before were blackheads and cystic. It really seemed to be making my acne worse and a lot of dry skin. so i stopped using it.

It works well for a week or two, after that it makes things worse

Pros:

Not worth trying...just like Proactiv solutions. Try it and it works for a month and then after that it stops...back to acne and breakouts again.

Cons:

Same as the Pro....

I would like to just say that I have been using Glymed products and getting chemical peels for about 6 months now. My face is completely clear....CLEAR! I have used everything in the book from pills, creams, over the counter products, remedies, drinking plenty of water, not touching my face, not drinking soda, and tanning. This is by far the best thing that has happened to me. I have had acne from the age of 14 years old up until the age of 27. I understand the self esteem issues that come along with having bad skin..trust me. I am of color and my complexion is brown. I had marks really bad...When a I tried the Glymed products..SO SO HAPPY! Please try these products. A bit pricey but so worth it in the end...[link removed]

Pros:

Cheaper than Proactiv, available everywhere.

Cons:

MADE MY SKIN WORSE THAN EVER! Because it's advertised as being better than Proactiv, I used it.. BIG MISTAKE! Usually it takes one usage to see someething works for you, I gave it a shot for a few weeks, and man, it ruined my face!!!

I searched for this site to warn you users out there, please DO NOT USE this product! Other than the fact that it's cheaper than its competitors and its accessibility in drugstores, if your face is already in good condition, save your face and please overlook this product! IT'S HORRIBLE! I brokeout, dried my skin, irritated my entire face, everything that Sarah from IL above already mentioned is true, it had the same effect on me and because of this product, I became ugly! THANK GOODNESS FOR PROACTIV!

Pros:

smells nice i guess, works okay for a few days

Cons:

stops working in about 2 weeks

i used this product for about a month. it seemed like it started clearing up my skin in about a week or 2. but then after that, it made my acne even worse than before. i stoped using it but i still use the ben. peroxide 2.5% as my regimen plan thing. just until dans treatment product gets here. right now i use olay sensitive skin moisturizer with spf 15 and cleanse with purpose fash wash and at night i use the clique moisturizer and most of my pimples and zits have reduced in size and are becoming un noticable.
