Pros:

Skin was very marked from teen acne and sun exposure. Saw remarkable results within the first month.

Cons:

It is very costly.

I will continue to use this product. It has helped with my acne a lot.

Pros:

It has made the red scars from acne on my back go away somewhat, I have only used it 3 times so I'm sure it will work more and they will go away almost completely if not completely

Cons:

Don't think it works on pitted acne scars.

If you want your scars to look better then definatly give this a shot I saw results after the second time I used this product

Pros:

This system provides an affordable solution to normally complex and expensive skin problems. It has been engineered to be simple to all users, without sacrificing affectiveness.

To those who have problems using this system, let me give you some tips that should work for everybody. 1. Begin by gently washing (not scrubbing) your face with Cetaphil. If you use anything to wash your face other than Cetaphil, are missing out. Never use soap on your face. 2. Pat dry your face with a clean towel. Your face should already feel cleaner than usual. 3. Use the at home microdermabrasion system as instructed. There is a reason why they include instructions with products. 4. Splash, don't scrub your face with warm water to wash away the product. 5. Use Palmer's Fragrance Free Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E directly after. The combination of Cetaphil, Neutrogena, and Palmer's is the most affordable and best method you could ask for. Don't waste your money or your skin on anything else.

Pros:

softer, firmer skin

I am in my mid-40's. Decided to use this because my pores have become increasingly larger with age and constantly clogged. For the first week of use, my skin broke out like a teenager's. I expected this b/c all the dead skin and bacteria are being "pulled out". I use this in conjunction with Merle Norman Cleansing Lotion and Miracol. I am pleased with the results.

Pros:

made scars smoother, smaller, and less red

Cons:

didn't completely get rid of scars; not the result i was hoping for before i began using it

even though it didn't help 100%, i was extremely pleased with the results. it made a huge difference, and my scars are so much easier to cover up with makeup now. everyone with acne scars should give this a shot.

Pros:

My face became acne free, my pores are smaller, and my face has a even tone, and I am a smoker. This is one of the best gifts I have received.

Cons:

Having to remember to do it three times a week is my challenge.

I think this is for everyone young and old. I am a firm believer that if you want younger looking skin when you are 60 than you need to take care of it when you are 20 while the damage is happening.

Pros:

It did help, as I have huge pustules or puss balls on my noce and chin. it seemed to help.

Cons:

the pustules broke and the puss leaked out of the holes. I squeezed but couldn1t get the head out. I had a pustule the size of a quarter on my eyelid

it does work for normal skin, but if you have puss filled pimples, don`t go over that area, because the pusds will break sand you will hsve deep craters. my neck though seemed tighter no more sagging skin. the doctors cut of three and a half inched of loose skin from my neck.
