Cons:

I ordered the 19.95 offer to try the product. The company charged the $19.95 which I expected, then charged me 39.95 a week later. When I called to protest they said they had sent a 90 day supply and would not refund my money.

This is a scam. The ads say your charge is one amount, then they triple the price.

Pros:

It has no pros

Cons:

drying, makes skin red

After countless informercials and rave reviews about how this was like the holy grail for acne. I decided to try it. Well let me tell you this stuff is like the worst stuff on earth. The first time I used it,I thought oh man I really hope this works. But long behold two hours later, it turned my skin as red as the devil's a**. I mean perhaps that's a pro because my skin was the same color as my acne. To me it was terrible but I said to myself it's only doing this because my skin is not used to it. So I kept at it for about two months. I went to school looking like a rotten tomatoe and it wasn't really fun to take my school picture for the year book. As the days turned to weeks I noticed that the acne wasn't leaving and niether was the redness. So I ditched this stuff. I mean paying to look that bad no bueno. I decided to try a more natural route and it worked better.

Pros:

-Moisturized my skin well
-Felt my skin was smoother

Cons:

-Made me get so many black heads and clogged pores
-Overrated

I tried this after my husband told me to because I was starting to break out again and he told me that Proactive wont cause me to break out at all....well boy was he wrong. I felt my skin was smoother after trying it for a couple of weeks, but then my skin starting getting clogged pores and then I got black heads and it just wasn't a pretty sight. My self esteem went down so fast after using this. I felt after a month or two of using this, it stopped working and my skin started flaring up again.

Pros:

Toner smells good.
The mask helps!

Cons:

Burnt my face!
Did not clear up acne at all.
Made my redness worse.
Left me with scars.
Money back guarantee is a lie!

I've tried proactive at least three times. It never worked. The last time I used it was horrible. I saw no results after 2 months, it actually made my skin worse. Huge waste of money and time. Oh and they wouldn't give me my money back! Huge scam.

Pros:

NONE

Cons:

Unethical
Thieves
Criminal
Doesn't work
Dries out face while leaving under skin cysts

This is a scam. They have billed me for items I did not receive, charged me $110 for the last 3 item (cleanser, toner, treatment) shipment I did receive. I am done with them. Would rather have acne! I am going to try products from the store again because I have lost all faith in online ordering. Also, can not use the contact link on their website, type in blurred code & it won't accept it even though it is right. (tried about 25 times) Rodan & Fields should be ashamed of themselves.

Pros:

None!

Cons:

It dried up my skin like a dry desert! I suspect the people in the ads were either PhotoShopped or had good makeup work. Secondly, I got an auto-shipment before the end of the trial period and when I stopped further shipments I had a dickens of a time getting a refund. Very arrogant Customer Service person tried to tell me I was using it wrong ... and also it may not work in the trial period so I should continue longer. But by that time I had severely dry and painful skin.

If you want to try it for yourself, just BEWARE. I consider this to be a real scam.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

-Makes acne worse
-EXPENSIVE
-Near impossible to cancel

When I began using this I had very light acne ONLY on my forehead, the rest of my face was completely clear. After a week of using it my ENTIRE face was breaking out, cheeks, chin, nose, and especially forehead. It also gave me terrible cystic acne (something I've never had prior) I've been off the regimine for a year and am still trying to get rid of the scars it gave me. DO NOT BUY.

Pros:

Customer Service at first until you try to tell them it doesn't work for you.

Cons:

Price
You have to use it all the time
Did not work for me!

I liked the green tea moisturizer (only because it took away the dryness the other products gave) but it was really light so that I would recommend. The rest of it doesn't work so do not waste your money! When I tried to return it because it didn't work (within the 60 day money back guarantee period) they gave me a fit wanted me to answer tons of questions plus the mail delivery was too slow (so they said) & they didn't get it back in time so we were not reimbursed (like they promised)! Just avoid it all together!
