Pros:

Smoother skin...makes acne go away faster

Cons:

none for me so far

I LOVE Proactive!!! My sister gave me what she had left of hers because I was breaking out REALLY bad. I was skeptical but I tried it...My skin feels so smooth and my acne IS going away. After the first 2 days,I could already notice the pimples getting smaller, the redness was going away and they didn't hurt as bad. I stopped using it for a while and my acne started coming back along my chin (where I ALWAYS get them),my birthday is coming up in a few days and I wanted to look good so I started using it once again...It's been about a week now and it's no longer noticeable. I have no problems with this product like the others. My skin has not dried out and I've never had any problems with it "ruining my clothes" I WOULD recommend this product...and I have :)

Pros:

Cleared up my acne Whoooo

Cons:

It is a pricy package at $70 a month and I just noticed it has kind of bleached spots on my eyebrows

it works ... but you have to be very careful not to get any product on eyebrows and if you stop using it (I use it once a day) then I will break out a little even if I only skipped one or two days

Pros:

Works well initially. Good smell. Leaves skin feeling refreshed and clean

Cons:

Slightly expensive. For me it only worked for a few weeks

It worked well for me for the first 4 or 5 weeks. Then my acne started to come back. I found that cycling off of it for a week then going back on it helps but then it takes another 2 weeks to start working again. For the price it isn't worth it.

Pros:

- Skin is smoother than before.
- Blemishes clear up quicker than before Proactiv.

Cons:

- Still get frequent blemishes.
- Dries skin out and bleaches fabrics.
- Must be used twice per day.

I have been using Proactiv for about 6 weeks. I've seen noticeable improvement in my skin, but still get frequent blemishes. However, the blemishes that I get have gone away quickly due to the system. Within the first week using Proactiv, my skin dried out and began to flake. However, this has been remedied by using the Repairing Lotion only at night. I use a Neutrogena Sensitive Skin moisturizer in the morning. I will continue using the system for now, since I definitely have seen an improvement overall. I recommend trying Proactiv for at least 6-8 weeks... if you don't see an improvement, then this isn't for you. It's worth a try, though!

Pros:

Benzoyl Peroxide, and great botanicals. Also the green tea moisturizer is GREAT.

Cons:

Price and size of products. (also some have fragrences, make skin breakout)

3.5/5 stars.... DEFFINATELY try it, but doesn't work for everyone. I will write in again in about 3 weeks to see how my treatment is going then.

Pros:

This product really helps fade the spots left over from previous acne bumps, helps prevent acne, overall, it makes my skin look more even.

Cons:

It is a little drying and a little pricey.. It hasn't completely got rid of my pimples as I still get one here and there, and that difficult pimple will sometimes stay for a while too.

I was skeptical about this product since I've tried just about everything without having any fantastic results. After a couple weeks I noticed my skin looked more even and the red spots were fading away. I'm still getting the occasional break out, but I'm hoping that will subside as I've only been using it for a month and a half or so. Overall, I'd say to give it a try!

Pros:

I really like Proactiv. It didn't work that great at first. But after I talked to someone at one of the stands in the mall, I found out I had not be using it correctly.

Cons:

A little sensitivity at first. If I get stressed, I need to be more careful to use everything.

Everyone should talk to someone at a kiosk. They know what they are talking about. The girl I buy from is so sweet and has a story to tell as well. They help A LOT, eventhough I wan't getting it from them to start with. The make up removing cloths are fab. Once I started taking off my make up before using the cleanser, I went from 85% to 99.5% happy and clear! There are a lot of other products they have that work great. You just have to look at and feel them. I use so many things from Proactiv, my cost if much higher than anyone should starting out. I even use the body products, make-up and shampoo. I spend about $150 every two months. If you use it for less than a month, you will not really see anything!! If you don't use it everyday, it will NOT work. If you get red, itchy bumps or swelling, you are allergic.

Pros:

love the cleanser - good light exfoliation on a daily basis.
also like the acne lotion - absorbs well and doesn't feel heavy.
refining mask really does work - they just don't show you on TV that it is white so only use it at home!

Cons:

don't get this stuff anywhere near your eye areas unless you like severe skin irritation. When I do my eyelids get super red and swollen. The toner is only ok - I prefer Clinique 2 or 3 toner, which I can really see get the oil and dead skin off.

I've been using it for about a month and a half. it was totally an impulse buy in the Las Vegas airport when we got snowed in mid-Dec 08. I got it from a machine so paid way too much - the tv offers are way cheaper for first time users. I've had oily skin my entire life - you know how that goes I'm sure. So far this works pretty well. I had been having a good breakout or major zit on a monthly basis and haven't had one since starting this. It's a pretty easy program to follow and hopefully when refill time comes I can skip the toner which I find ineffective. No it hasn't dramatically improved my skin, but my skin also wasn't as bad as those women on tv - no entire areas of bumps for me. What it has done is stopped the breakouts, and even when minor zits appear that mask they mention on the ad really does work in a day or two. It has sulfur as it's active ingredient so it just sucks the oils dry, unlike benzoil peroxide creams which you can cake on but the oil may keep coming.

Pros:

My skin took longer to clear up but after about 4 months it is perfectly clear with the occasional pimple

Cons:

It is very cold (-40) on most days and is not humid so my skin got slightly dryer

Great product just remember to continue using even if you do not see great results in a week.
