Pros:

-Cleared my pimples.
-Mild "baby powder" fragrance

Cons:

-Expensive
-May be irritating for some people.

Proactiv is currently working wonders on my skin. I've been using the 3 step system over a month and I currently do not have a single pimple on my face. I can't remember the last time that I can say that. Proactiv might not work for every one's skin. I'm fortunate enough to have resilient skin that isn't allergic of affected by the dryness of benzoyl peroxide. Having said that, Proactiv could be irritating for some people.

Pros:

Smell, no burning, leaves face felling fresh and clean, the refining masks works really well. Nothing burns, All of the products fell light on your skin.

Cons:

May take awhile, but is worth it.

Proavtiv is a great kit for anybody to try i am 14 and started it a few months ago, although it is not fully cleared up there is a huge improvement in the condition of my skin and people really do notice it. It is clearer, smoother and looks way healthier. Most people complain about stinging, but there isnt any tinging at all. It feel so healthy on your skin. Anybody should try it. It REALLY works and most people whp it doesnt dont try it for long enough or dont use it right. It truly is a miracle and i am very thankful for it.

Pros:

The product does make your skin feel clean after doing all three steps

Cons:

It dries out your skin if you do it every day, and it does seem to stop working after awhile.

I havent used it for a couple weeks, and the problem pimples have gone away since i havent used it that long.

Pros:

cleared out problem zits FAST!!!

Cons:

with the reccomended 2 tims daily usage, my face gets too dry

try it and use it only once a day

Pros:

i love this product. it has really cleared out my skin. Try it. u have nothing to lose.

Cons:

in the beginning it dried out my skin, but you have to keep using it. dont give up.

This is a great product. i get rarely get pimples. but i still have red spots from all the acne.

Pros:

Cleared up face, softer skin

Cons:

Sort of expensive

At first, it made my skin dry, and I was breaking out more. However, with continued use, I saw a DRASTIC improvement in my skin. My doctor prescribed all kinds of treatments prior to me trying Proactiv. She had been telling me all along that Proactiv was more effective than the prescriptions, but I didn't believe her. Now I do.

Pros:

soft skin, smells good, clears skin with consistent use of the product

Cons:

bleaches towels!!! will get worse first few weeks.

I was VERY SKEPTICAL concerning proactive at first, but after several trips to the dermatologist & numerous different prescriptions, things were looking hopeless. My freshman year of college, my mom's friend (who is a dermatologist in Texas) informed my mom that my skin had moderate acne (I felt that I had a lot though) & proactive would be my best bet. I am now a junior nursing major & have been using it CONSISTENTLY for 3 years, and I only use the wash & toner at night & in the morning. One bottle of each honestly lasts me about 9-10 months (***was informed by my mom's friend that if you use TOO much of the face wash each time... the granuals can be too rough on your skin and will cause more acne) so I use it sparingly but CONSISTENTLY. I also use a moisturizer am & pm by Jergins that works great w/ proactive I would highly suggest proactive. Just keep in mind Consistency & use Sparingly - don't overuse the wash each time - a pea sized amount can work for the whole face each t

Pros:

it really smoothed out my skin and cleared it up in no time.. i have been using it for about 2 and a half years now and my skin has never looked for felt better!

Pros:

It was fantastic. It really cleared my skin up quickly and felt very good.

Cons:

It's a bit pricey.

Although others say that it has dried their skin out, I don't have super oily skin and it didn't really dry mine out. Although other acne products have helped my skin, proactiv consistently keeps my skin clear. I have been using it for about a month and got my first pimple the other day. I put on that refining mask and it went away in 2 days. I always had moderate acne since I was a teenager that would come an go, but this has been great. Also, if I forgot or was too tired to wash my face twice per day before with other acne washes, I was doomed to get a couple pimples. With proactiv, I have gone to bed without washing my face after a long day and have woken up totally clear, although I recommend using it consistently for good results.

Pros:

Completely cleared up my persistent moderate acne.

Cons:

It's a little expensive, but well worth it.

My holy grail regimen. The only OTC product that completely cleared me up. I never thought it would work, but it got to a point where I was desperate and was just like why not? I'm glad I did it. I've tried a lot of products too - from Clean & Clear to Epicuren. If I stop using Proactiv and switch to a different brand, I start breaking out again. Proactiv has really made a difference in my skin and has been the only product to really do so.
