Pros:

Made my skin soft.

Cons:

Didn't work, made my acne worse.

Don't use it, the commercials are lies, the stuff does not work! after a few days of using it, it made my skin worse.

MAKES ME BREAK OUT MORE

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON IT!!! Ive had some acne for some time now and I decided to give this product a try. After using this for about a month I broke out even more in to bigger pimples. ive never had pipples as big as i do now.

Pros:

easy to use, and worked for the first few months

Cons:

smells like old people, leaves scars, and will slowly make your skin immune to benzoyl peroxide

The Proactiv System worked amazingly for me in the first few weeks. I noticed fewer bumps and the redness seemed to go away. After a few months though, my skin built an immunity to the light build of the treatment and it stopped working around the 4th or 5th month. This eventually lead to it making my acne much, much worse in the end.

Pros:

Seems to work on surface conditions.

Cons:

Does not work deep into the skin.

My concern involves Proactiv's business practices. My daughter bought Proactiv Solutions and arranged to return her third purchase (got a Return Authorization Number), I mailed it back and they continued to invoice the full amount. I called and finally got them to agree the product had been returned under the RA, but they claimed it was returned late. The late charges and restocking fee exactly equalled the original invoice amount which I told them was ridiculous and would not be paid, so she was turned over for collections. Whether the products are good, bad or whatever, this is not a company I would recommend anyone to do business with.

Pros:

- Easy to use
- Smells nice

Cons:

- Doesn't prevent acne (made it worse)
- Dries out your skin

This stuff cost a lot and made my skin worse. I used it for at least four months and i've never had that many pimples in my life! I've switched back to Nivea and now my skin is finally going back to normal. All I have to say is WHAT A RIP OFF!

Pros:

the cleanser alone works well by itself

Cons:

Ruined my skin now I have red spots all over my jawline and I can't get rid of them

don't pay money for worse skin besides its extremely expensive

Pros:

This product does work I have been using it for 3 years now and its great.

Cons:

first time using it your face does get worse for about 2 weeks than better, if you skip a few days without using it will screw up your acne again, and a dermatologist told me not to use the toner bc it dries out the face which makes youra cne worse

This is a great product, it is expensive but I love my skin. Also if you live in a state that is really dry than this might not work for you since it dries out your skin to work, dont use the toner it only makes pores and pimples work harder to get moisture which makes them worse. You can buy proactiv on [link removed] for way cheaper!

Pros:

works well, never dries my skin out

Cons:

i have a single pimple once a week or so

great product, just not sure if the peroxide will have long term affects on my skin?

you should try L'oreal Pure Zone....works better...clears your skin, make your pores smaller and best of all does not dries or flakes your skin

Pros:

basically nothing. worked for about a week.

Cons:

smells like chemicals, an annoying regimen (why go through a 3-step treatment twice a day when there are some cleansers that work great by themselves?) and after we canceled, proactiv salespeople called my house TWICE and were RUDE to both my parent

proactiv isn't a great cleanser by itself, and especially sucks for the trouble you have to go through to get it when you can just go to the grocery store and pick up a neutrogena or biore product that undoubtedly works better.
