Pros:

Can actually leave skin feeling fresh.

Cons:

A little bit too expensive.

I suffer from what is called 'vanity acne'. Only a real problem for me, i mean whe i talk about skin problems with others, they simply reply with 'you have good skin. what are you talking about?'. I looked to ProActive to acheive the flawless complexion that we all strive for. I found that when i started using ProActive though, my skin actually got worse. I had more spots than I ever did before. Once i discontinued use, my skin reverted back to it's old self. Although i get the odd spot once and a while, it's bearable and nothing a bit of concealer can't hide.

Pros:

Cons:

I burned my face. I stopped using it when I notice red burns around my face.

This doesn't work for everyone. I was very disappointed. I even tried the milder one. It stings and eventually started to burn my face. May skin became so dry and painful.

Pros:

works for awhile.......smells really good!

Cons:

stops working after a few months

i liked it! it made my skin really soft. it stopped working after awhile then started again.

Pros:

Easy to use. Friendly customer service. Some clearing on my acne.

Cons:

Drying and made my skin paler. You still get the odd pimple every now and then. Skin eventually becomes 'immune' to the benzyl peroxide.

Not worth the money. Your paying for the celebrities to say they use it and the infomercisals and the billboards etc. I'm going to use something else.

Pros:

I just bought this stuff off the website, and it works better than ANT ance medication ive ever used. i had mild acne before (pimples here and there, blackheads) and its left my skin feeling much softer, redness and discoloration is gone!

Cons:

it takes TWO weeks to start working (so the sales rep said) and i use the 5 step method ..which isnt the easiest thing to apply on a friday night when your tired from going out

it works.. ONLY if you follow the 5/6 step regime: 1)cleanser OCCASIONALLY) refining mask, im leaving it on pimples when i go to sleep 2)toner 3)oil control (apply a really thin layer everywhere) 4)refining lotion (to problem areas like your blackheads, t-zone...) 5) oil free moisturizer (spf 15 stops any possible sun irritation or burning) it works like a charm and clear skin really does boost up your confidence, i stoppped using foundation and skin makeup 2 weeks into it ..which is a great feeling!

I seriously suggest u read this.If u just got the product and wanna know if it "Works" or not. I used this coz my acne was extremely bad that ppl wud notice it and made me feel embarrassed most of the time. So I NEEDED an acne treatment so I got proactiv. within 3 days i had only ONE PIMPLE LEFT and it was so small too! I was very happy so i kept using the proactive 3 system. Then, guess what? they came back. and they wudn't go away. To top to my current problem, the mask wud make my face SOOO DRY that it wud look even WORSE than it did before I used proactiv. then, I stopped using proactiv and switched over to exposed acne solution. Miracle after using it for a week. I HAD NO ACNE!! just a little. Now I have a very pink complexion, which doesn't look bad at all. So for me PROACTIV SUCKS!!!!

Pros:

it is working so far and it makes skin feel realy clean

Cons:

takes time to work

for those of you saying that after your first week u get cysts and other acne...thats supposed to happen, i was like that for my first 2 weeks and then after, all those big cystic acne are gone. i am now starting my second month on proactive and so far its pretty good.

It works good i been using it about 11 months it got rid of the other acne i had befoe

Cons:

IT SMELL BAD I GETING pimples I NEVER HAD THE DAY BEFORE IT MAKES MY SKIN INCHY SOON AFTER USE BLEACH RAGS

IT WORKS GOOD I HAVE LESS ACNE BUT NO ALL OF ITS GONE KINDACHEAP CAN BUY IT OFF EBAY FOR CHEAPER PRICES

kinda smells like old people, makes the skin a little dry, Pain in the ass 3 steps

I'm 28 yrs. old and have tried everything over the counter and prescription lots of it worked and lots of it didn't. This stuff works!!! You must use it directly as told!!!!!!! Wash for one min. with only damp skin not wet... if you can feel the little granules it is cleaning. I don't use a cotton ball for the toner, just a little in the hand and rub it in. Just a pea size amount or so of the repairing lotion and you are good 2x a day. (USE THE REFINING MASK AT LEAST 2X A WEEK) and it can be used as a spot treatment. The spf lotion in this line is really good. I would give this product about 6 weeks and if you don't see huge improvements you probably aren't going to with this. I still get monthly period breakouts but nothing major. This is good stuff. Makes my skin feel so good no more chicken feeling skin!!!! Cost about $5.00 a week not to bad
