Pros:

U REALLY DO GET RESULTS!!! makes pimple go away!!!!!!

Cons:

after u use it it makes u face kinda dry!!!!! especially the mask!!!! the first few times u use it, it burns but after u get use to it, it doesn't burn!

i used to have alot of pimples!! around my nose kinda on my checks and chin! i used it for about 3-4 months and half has gone away but its still there!!! but i really did get good results!!! so i trust and believe in this product and im going to keep on using this. For those of u who r using this dont expext asfter 2 or 3 weeks ur pimple r gonna go away its takes time!! and u cant eat suger and u gotta drink ALOT OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!!! ............and shower!!!! hope i was any help!

Pros:

It works great.

Cons:

have to really be consistant using every morning and night

This product works great for me. Maybe the reason there are so many complaints regarding red and itchy and burnt skin is that the regular formula is too harsh for their skin. I too had the same problem and tried their sensitive formula. You have to order by phone. This works just as well and I have not had any problems with red, itchy, and burnt skin since.

Cons:

it made mah face all red and itchy

even though it made mah face red and itchy it did work..i think if i didnt have sensitive skin i think pro active would have worked for me.

Pros:

Easy to use, pretty standard 3 step treatment.

Cons:

It made my acne worse. I was just trying to get rid of a few breakouts around my hairline. Now I am constantly getting a ton of little white zits on my nose and chin that I never had before and are much more noticeable than what I was trying to fix!

From what I've seen, it works great for people with really bad acne. If you just have light acne, it is not for you - everyone who was at the same level of "moderate acne" as me seems to have the same problem with getting much worse acne after using Proactiv.

Pros:

inno why everyone is s negatve, ivehad horrble acne for years, since i was real litte. had scars that would never go away and after using proactiv for only 1 week was skin as better than it was in years. everyone noticed a difference

Pros:

Eliminated 95% of my acne within 1 week. Skin feels softer then ever now!!

Cons:

Does dry out face a little, but with a good moisturizer, it's easy to keep soft and smooth!

Works great, I'm so excited to have smooth skin again. I've always had large pores and bad blackheads. I feel 10 years younger now!! Love it! I didn't buy mine through the proactiv company. Check on [link removed], you can get much larger quantities for the same price as on [link removed]. I get 6 ounces of the cleanser and toner, 3.5 ounces of repairing lotion, 16 ounces of the deep cleansing body wash, and 2.5 ounces of the refining mask on auto delivery for only $49.68! At proactiv you would only get 4 ounces and no body wash for that price!! I'm hooked!

Pros:

the sensitive toner was nice, no benz or salicylic but Proactiv won't sell that item alone

Cons:

regular and sensitive caused my skin to be dry and flaky; doesn't eliminate breakouts

too expensive and hard to obtain the sensitive line. Company wants you to join club and get whole box of stuff when only one of their products is any good.

Pros:

Works great for a few years. The first time I used it at age 16 it cleared up my moderate almost overnight, literally. It was amazing.

Cons:

Incredibly expensive. Works only if you continue to use it.

I think this is a good product but you can't stop using it. It worked amazingly for me for 2 years. Once I stopped for 2 years and started again it never worked the same way. It is just so expensive. Overall, though, it has been the best product I have used for my moderate acne which it still a daily issue for me. If you can afford continual use I recommend it.

Pros:

Cleared up pimples on my face (even though I was really red for a little while after every use)when using it twice a day. I liked how I could switch my monthly supply to every other month since I wasn't using it up as fast.

Cons:

Dried out my skin when using it two times a day within 2 weeks of using it, I even went to one use a day yet it wasn't as effective in keeping the pimples away. Doesn't clean the makeup off of my face. It's expensive.

It worked at first for me, but than I'd breakout and dry out my face. When I would exercise (no makeup on) I always tingled and broke out in a rash. I would recommend trying it at least to see if it works for you.

Pros:

Refining mask

Cons:

Dry flaky itchy skin; Didn't work; Expensive when bought outside of Clear Skin Club

I had used Proactiv for a few years, and finally gave up on it last year. It made my skin itchy and irritated and only got rid of the small pimples--not the bigger ones--and my breakouts didn't go away completely. It was the only thing that semi-worked for me so I used it for awhile, but gave up on it because it never fully worked for me. Plus, I even tried the extra strength Proactiv line, but that made my skin severely dry and flaky and even more irritated. I have to say that I was really disappointed by this product. The only thing that I still actually use is the Refining Mask--it dries up pimples pretty quickly.
