Pros:

It worked for the first bit...

Cons:

Stopped improving after a little bit, and also made my skin VERY dry.

Not worth the money

Pros:

I threw it away last week. Yay!

Cons:

dried my skin out, made my acne 20 times worse, little bumps are EVERYWHERE, took about 2 weeks to heal completely, and my skin turned red and bumpy

Didn't work. I think you have a 1 out of 10 chance of getting good results from Proactiv. You're better off getting a derm.

Pros:

My skin glows and feels smooth. LOVE the Refining Mask and the Mild Exfoliating Peel!

Cons:

Costly, and the regimen is time consuming.

This stuff works, but you have to be consistent with it, or else it will stop. Within a week I noticed a difference. I also love the Refining Mask and the Mild Exfoliating Peel. There was one week in particular where I broke out really badly. I used the Exfoliating Peel after the usual regimin and I noticed a difference within three days. I don't think Proactiv works for everybody, though. I heard that it doesn't work well for people with sensitive skin or for people who have extremely oily skin, but it worked well for me!

Pros:

did not irritate my skin, helped get rid of cystic acne & helped with regular zits too

Cons:

you get enrolled in auto ship program in order to hold on to lower rate; the cleanser and the toner run out super fast and I didnt really feel like they helped much anyway

it is an effective product, it did help my skin - it just didnt give me the PERFECT skin that I desire. I will continue to use the refining mask (an awesome product!) and the face cream. The face cream is the only part of the three step process that I even felt mattered. After I ran out of the cleanser and toner I just stopped using them and still have the same results from just using the cream and the mask.

Pros:

The BP cream has decent coverage; The moisturizer was decent with respect to not causing break-outs and not being scented

Cons:

The cleanser and toner were too harsh for my skin; Did not like the scent of the BP cream;
Too many steps and time-consuming to use; needed more moisturizer to combat dryness than came with the system; my face hurt a lot while I used this product

If you want to try a BP-based regimen, you're much better off trying the simpler, gentler acne.org regimen (with either San's products or products you can buy at the store.) Proactiv is basically an overpriced BP product line with harsh chemical additives that are irritatiing to those with sensitve skin. They supposedly have a sensitive skin line with SA, but I did not try that system.

Pros:

Proactiv has completely transformed my skin. it is the first skin care treatment that has actually worked. It leaves my skin feeling smoothe and refreshed. Money back guarentee so if you're not happy it didn't cost you anything but your time.

Cons:

The bottles are cheap and the lids may snap off, but this is easily fixed by a little glad wrap. If this is the only thing I have to worry about and it doesn't effect the level of effectiveness then it is pretty good. :)

People often complain about the cost but when you think about it, proactiv costs less than a dollar a day including postage which is good valueIf you are willing to commit to using it twice a day, every day then it is sure to be worth your while. TRY IT, IT WORKED MIRACLES ON MY SKIN EVEN AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF USAGE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO SUFFERS FROM ACNE TRYS PROACTIV SOLUTION!

Pros:

I luv this product! I luv the smell, now whenever I'm around my friends they all say I smell good! In just 2 1/2 weeks, my skin wuz completely clear! And it kept it that way. I guess my skin reacted well w/ Proactiv! It leaves my skin smooth and soft!

Cons:

The product wuz a little pricy.

The Proactiv Solution product worked! It keeps on working 4 me and I've had oily, acne prone skin ever since 5th grade! I gav Proactiv a try and it wuz worth it! Now I don't hav 2 feel awkward in class wen we talk about zits, and my friends don't feel weird about talking about their breakouts around me! The Combination Therapy works! I luv, luv, LUV the mask! It made my(rather HUGE)pores tiny and out of sight! My skin in glowing and touchably! The TV comercial shows people who it has work for, so don't be mad if ur unlucky! I got the treatment w/ the 3-step system plus the refining mask and the SPF 15 moisturizer, and now I'm not afraid to meet new ppl! Now my friends are jealous of me!

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Commercials trick you. The system does not work. Helps a bit at first than fades; never truly cleared my skin. Used it for 3 months.

do not be tricked

Pros:

Smells good

Cons:

Doesn't work, clogs pores, makes skin more oily, if anything makes acne WORSE, the people on tv lied!!

I've tried this thing a couple times, on and off, and nothing happened. I might have had a good day or two, but it's a HUGE waste of time and money. The people on the ads are really annoying and they have probably never even touched proactiv.
