Pros:

worked the first day, but now i noticed in the T-zone part of my forehead, it totally broke out over night. ugh

Cons:

dries out my skin, but i heard that if you just put the so called moisturizer (more like a drier). right on the blemishes, then you're just drying them out. and since i've only used it for a few days, im hoping that if i do that it'll work.

i really am giving it a chance, i hope it works is really all i can tell you. on the first day, my skin looked so good, i went totally without makeup!, but today. one day later, part of my forehead broke out. and my acne that was there before is still there. but i think im going to just get a good moisturizer for combo skin, with an spf of course, because the sun rays make you break out, (just thought i'd let you know), then i'll see how it goes from there!

Pros:

Makes skin really soft after using it a while.

Cons:

It just makes my skin brake out more and more... it clears out for a few days but then it all comes back again... :( Its never ending!!! My skin has not cleared and ive been using it for over 4 months!

I dont know if it was made to help my type of acne.. i have lots of whiteheads that tend to turn into zits! So annoying! They wont disappear any other way! But they are coming out (although it is taking a VERY long time and scaring my skin EVERYWHERE!)so im hoping that after a year (hopefully not more than that) all my whiteheads will come out (buy turning into those ugly zits) and i'll finally be free. I think its this product that is making them come out, though not at all in a good way! Overall of you dont want scarring DONT use this!!!

Pros:

Clear skin!

Cons:

I find this product to be pretty drying.

I have combination skin and I usually get a few breakouts at a time. I saw an add for this line in a magazine and thought I should try it because my prom is coming up. When I did it worked very well for my skin it got rid of pretty much every blemish that I had. But, after about 5 days I started to notice that it was really drying out my skin so instead of putting the medicated moisturizer I put on La Mer cream on where I feel my skin is dry but other then the dry parts - which can be cured easily, this product is great!

Pros:

in expensive

Cons:

dries out my skin, burns, tight skin, my face feels very...hurt

I like the products so far...it sounds bad but i feel like i can feel a difference..it has really dried out my pimples...but burns like omg..my face feels very sensitive to the touch now.. i have only been using it for about 2 weeks so hopefully my face will adjust and get better...

Pros:

really really good stuff
got rid of zits made my skin look smooth and clear.... buuuuuutttt! ....

Cons:

buuutt!!! it made my skin burn!!
sucked the moisture right out of my face!
super dry!
itchy
and now peeling

it is great stuff if you have sever achne , and have very tough skin becasue it is strong! but i dont recomnd to people with sensitive skin and only have a few zits... get the spot treatment! so yes and no recommendation! look into it and really find out if you need it!!

Pros:

it did work better than proactiv.i get random breakouts in random places and proactiv made it worse.clinique acne soloutions made breakouts happen not nearly as much and didnt dry out my skin

Cons:

it is not consistant at all.and i had to use alot of it to have it to work.i still had my nose blackheads that havent gone away. now i have zits on my jawline which i have never had before.i need a much more reliable product.

it may prevent severe acne and does make skin healthy but doesnt leave my skin pimple free and doesnt prevent breakouts too well. for people with random breakouts it may not be for you.i am now searching for a product that is not too strong yet not weak like this product.this works better for adults not teens like me.disappointed with the money spent and the poor result.

Pros:

the exfoliating part is prob. the only thing i like because it gives your skin a refreshing, tingling feeling.

Cons:

i have never broken out this much living on this earth for 26 years!!!!!!!

i've never really had an acne problem. got pimples every now and then but my face has always been smooth without any noticeable problems. but i was in paris for awhile over the summer and started to get pimples on the sides of my face and also some places around my face. soon as i got back, i spoke to a spokeswoman for clinique and advised me to do the 3 step program daily. so i have been using it day and night for about a week and 1/2 now, and i have been getting pimples on places of my face that i have never ever gotten. AND, on top of that, they wont stop multiplying! it's seriously AWFUL! i made an appt. to see the deramtologist, because i literally do not want to leave my house.....

Pros:

Nothing!!!

Cons:

Dried my skin out like crazy.
Gave me more pimples, EVEN AFTER I'VE STOPPED USING IT.
Darkened my skin.

For the first few days, I used the 3 steps in this regime and after 2 days, I noticed my face got darker and my skin was peeling. When I lifted my eyebrows, I can see lines of wrinkles because my skin was so dry. When I wash my face, my face stings and the pain lasts for more than an hour. Even putting on another moisturizer burns my skin. So I decided to stop for a while and start again, this time stopping the acne solutions moisturizer all together. For the first week after starting again, nothing happened to my skin. But at the start of the second week, MY SKIN BROKE OUT LIKE CRAZY. I used to have acne only on my forehead but it spread to my cheeks. I read somewhere that breaking out is supposed to happen, so I continued. I JUST KEEP BREAKING OUT THROUGH THE 3RD N 4TH WEEK, EVEN AFTER STOPPING USE!!! Now my entire face looks like sh*t, and I don't even wanna go out of the house. No amount of concealer will conceal my acne now!

Pros:

* Noticeable Results with Consistent Use

Cons:

* Slight stinging sensation with the clarifying lotion
* Moisturizer made my skin way too dry AND made me break out
* Lots of redness

While I was very happy with the gentle foam cleanser and pretty satisfied with the clarifying lotion, I really really hated the moisturizer that came with the acne kit. I did continue to buy the foam cleanser and clarifying lotion for about a year after my first batch ran out. Until I went to my dermatologist and got a number of prescribed topicals. I also switched to skin ID which matched me with a foam cleanser I like just as well, an acne solution lotion which is great, and a hydrator (moisturizer) that is FANTASTIC. All for a lot less money. While Clinique reduced my acne a little bit, I would recommend other products over it.
