Pros:

I think murad is amazing!! if you use it the way they tell you, and if you can afford it, take the supplements, it really really works!!! i've been on the pills for a few days and ALREADY my skin is starting to clear!! I LOVE MURAD!

PATIENCE, and NOT PICKING!!!!!! If you can't, just don't look in the mirror! Use the products just as they tell you to, wash in the morning, and at night, apply the gel and lotion at night, (if you get the supplements, take them as directed) and i swear you will have CLEAR SKIN IN A MONTH!!

just started last night and i know about the purging and how it gets better but from reading these bad reviews im afraid to continue using this because my acne is not that bad and i would hate for it to get worse and keep on getting worse

The infomerical really gets your hopes up (it was NOT the last acne treatment product I ever used), IT DOESN'T WORK FOR EVERYONE, It made my acne much much worse.

I've had terrible acne in my t-zone for 9 years. I've tried just about everything to get rid of it; over the counter treatments, dermatologist creams, pills. Nothing has worked, or if it did then it stopped working after awhile. When I saw the commercial for this product, it seemed like they were taking the words right out of my mouth, and I really believed it would work. I went out and bought it, and used it right away, even though I read a lot of bad reviews about it on the internet. I was so excited for my pimples to finally go away forever! Instead, my acne went from moderate to severe. My whole face is covered, and they're taking forever to go away! I've never been at such a low for my self-esteem. I cry almost every day over the frustration of pimples. I stopped using it before the end of the 4 weeks, because it was obvious that it wasn't working or going to work. Now, even having been using 2 dermatologist prescribed creams and antibiotics for four weeks, my acne is horrible.

Pros:

It works really well. I have tried numerous acne products and so far this is the best.

Cons:

If you stop using it or get lazy with it you will break out.

I am teen who suffers from acne and has been since the age of 12. Since then I have always been embarassed to go places and even used to sacrifice doing the things I loved because of my acne. Murad has helped me regain my confidence back. It never hurts to try something new.

EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst product I have ever used, make me break out like never before with a vengence. Turned my spots into deep blisters. Has taken months to get skin back to normal and now have scars. Also, this is scary stuff. Look at the cosmetics database website, it gives the kit a 9 out of 10 in terms of harzards of ingredients.

Broke my face out even more. This product is horrible. I thought for the price it would work, I was wrong! I got very large painful acne after using this product for 5 weeks. I got proactiv and it is finally clearing up.

Don't waste your money.

The first couple of days are fine..

and then your face explodes into severe, painful, cystic acne the like of which you have not seen before. and to think about how much you paid to have your face this destroyed... it is so depressing. i really wish i had read these reviews before.

this product will thoroughly damage your skin. it did mine, to the degree i am self-conscious at work and hope i don't run into anyone i know while i'm out. please save your money and self-esteem and try something else.

Cons:

I cleared up for about 4 days then broke out worse than i have ever done before. After about 3 weeks i had to quit because my skin was the worst it has been in my life.

Stay far away from this product. It is just another infomercial scam. They promise you clear, beautiful skin and give you the exact opposite. I would never have used this stuff if i knew what it was going to do to me. I was extremely disapointed and am still recovering. Thank god its mostly gone now.

please don't ever use this product. they say "don't worry, break outs are expected, thats just the pimples under the skins surface pushing through" complete BS.
