Pros:

good return policy

Cons:

didn't do anything, and it was expensive!!

total scam. fancy looking useless gadget that costs way too much. i tried it on the exact type of acne they described, and they ended up surfacing and exploding anyway. oh, and the replacement tips thing is a SCAM!!! tips don't go bad!! they're just programmed to stop working after some time so you have to pay more money!!

Pros:

When applied properly, it can stop acne cold. Kills the bacteria with heat. When applied at the "epicenter" of the pimple or cyst, it can wipe it out in just two days.

Cons:

It's supposed to "burn"..... Those who cannot take the pain of the "burn" will be disappointed. "Blind" cysts may survive applications that "miss the target." Cysts must be monitored to avoid recurrence.

As a sufferer of cystic acne, this product is a godsend. I just wish it were less expensive, and the heat-producing "heads" were more permanent. (They need replacement after 90 applications. They can accumulate quickly.) Acne can be the underlying cause of other chronic problems, and this product has made a difference for me.

Pros:

Money-Back guarantee! I took it back to Walgreens and they refunded me 100%.

Cons:

The Zeno had ZERO effect on my blemishes!

I tried it for two weeks on different pimples and followed the instructions - 3 zaps over 24 hrs per pimple. Although at first it seemed to successfully zap the blemish away, the pimple did not go away (as the product claims). After two weeks of zapping pimples and seeing NO results, I took it back to Walgreens and got all my money back. I am now moving on to a tea tree oil regimen! I will come back to report on that!!! :-)

Nope
Used this religiously for over a year, it does absolutely nothing except leave red circles where you hold it. There's no way it gets hot enough to kill anything

Pros:

It works! I bought it right before my tenth high school reunion when my acne was flaring up badly. I used it three times a day (on around six different spots on my face) and after two days, my ace looked dramatically better with fewer and less inflamed pimples. It definitely works better on new pimples though.

Cons:

It is a pain to have to keep buying replacement tips, but to me it was well worth the money spent considering the results!

Glad I bought it- it works!

Pros:

It works!

Cons:

Temporary soft redness after treatment, but it lasts maybe 5-10 minutes if even. Not a big deal.

I'm very pleased. My pimples were gone within 24-48 as it advertised. Again, if I ever experienced any redness afterwards, it was for about 5-10 minutes max.

Pros:

Expedites the healing of acne

Cons:

Leaves red marks on my super fair skin

Sometimes I'm fearful of using zeno on certain bumps that are starting because I know it's going to make the bump blow up, but thats just how the thing works. Rather than a long, drawn out process of waiting for your bump to grow, get to a head and explode, zeno takes you straight to the exploding so you can move on. Or it just burns the thing off and peels the skin. Yeah there's some redness, but I think its worth it.

Pros:

Gets rid of my pimples in one to two treatments. Really works!

Cons:

The Zeno Mini goes thru batteries like crazy.

My first Zeno Mini went bad, and had to be returned. It wouldnt stay hot, and was always cutting off in the middle of treatment. I returned it to the company, and they replaced it immediately even without the original packaging. My second one is staying hot, though the batteries are still dying quickly. Sometimes after only a couple treatments. Will have to look into getting rechargeable batteries. Otherwise, it works great. Zits are gone in one to two treatments, and my red spots only last about 20 minutes tops! And yes, I have sensitive skin too. My husband has also used it on his shoulders and back when he has gotten the occassional zit, and loves it.

Pros:

It kills the big red pimples you zap at without side effects.

Cons:

It is only for light to moderate acne. It does not kill white heads or black heads

It gets rid of red pimples but does not work on severe acne and does not get rid of blackheads and white heads.
