Pros:

It works within about 24 hours.

Cons:

Got this a while back, but just saw a new model out that costs only $89!

I'm tickled pink that this thing actually works, and quickly. When I say quickly, I mean within a day. My pimples went away by the next day. Used correctly, zeno is a very effective spot treatment.

Pros:

Its working on my pimples. Definitely worth the price. Awesome. Cute. Easy to use. Soothing on the skin.

Cons:

Would have bought it sooner had I known it worked this well.

My skin looks so much better thanks to zeno! Its working. I was skeptical at first, just like others, but now glad I made the splurge. I have been using it daily for several weeks and have noticed a remarkable difference.

Pros:

Seems to make SMALL pimples less visible in 24-48 hours

Cons:

VERY expensive, replacement tips are unnecissary but required and are also VERY expensive! Does not work on larger pimples and doesn't prevent acne nor clear post-acne scars.

I purchased this because I was desperate and wanted to try this out - I was hoping for a miracle. And if you are too (hopeing for a miracle with this "zit zapper") then I would suggest to just stand clear and stay away. This device is not a miracle because I cannot say for sure that it is what helped my larger pimples. I started using Clean & Clear Acne Control Kit shortly after I started using Zeno and that's when I started seeing results. I did notice overnight results with the Zeno on my smaller pimples, which could have possibly gotten larger if I didn't just the device, but I am more satisfied with the Clean & Clear Kit. Overall, I would not recommend the Zeno because it's much too expensive and doesn't give any miricles for anyone with none to minimal acne pimples. Probably works for a small zit here and there, but not worth the money.

Pros:

Nothing really....

Cons:

Didn't work at all for me. Leaves skin hot and red after use (for at least a few hours). Doesn't clear pimples at all, I have used it for 6 months now hoping..... nope. Doesn't do a damn thing, what a waste of money.

Not a good product.

Pros:

I get huge cystic acne, which it claims it does not help. However, I have noticed that it DOES shrink most acne. All my pre-existing pimples are smaller, many have dissapeared in a few days, and the ones I caught before they emerged are gone.

Cons:

Very expensive. $140 at Wal-mart. Also, You have to buy a replacement tip every 60 uses. But if you are like me you will pay any amount of money to control your crazy skin.

Seems to be working for me, but I am also using Benzaclin (a prescription cream) which I recommend to use as well. The only thing that has cleared my skin 100% is Yaz and I am trying to get back on it as soon as I have my next doctor's appt. I strongly recommend Yaz for any woman with moderate acne. I will always keep Zeno in my arsenal though.

Pros:

Concentrated heat, feels good on the skin where you can feel an upcoming zit growing, cute device, no side effects no chemicals just heat, seems to work!

Cons:

Expensive, but I got one on ebay for about $70 (free shipping), leaves skin a little red for a while after treatment so don't treat 3 at a time and then go out.

This is mainly for those deep, somewhat occasional zits, the ones where it's slightly painful and you can feel one coming on, so when I get that worrysome pain it's GREAT to have this gadget and feel like I'm doing something about it. It's not for surface acne, so try not to waste uses on those (I have the 65 count use or something) but if you do I think it makes the whitehead come faster? Not too sure, only tried once. Anyways as for the deeper zits, I felt one coming on the side of my nose, used Zeno, and in a few hours the pain went away and nothing grew! Yesss! As for acne that's already fully formed, it helps a bit, nothing as dramatic but I think it still helps. So while it may not help all zits, I'm VERY grateful for the ones it does. Expensive, but if you can spare the cash it might be worth it to some to avoid one less red mark.

Pros:

This thingy really works on fresh pimples.

Cons:

You have to read the directions.

Recommended by my dermatologist as safe for skin. Used it only one time and my pimple is no more. No cortisone shots ever did this! Highly recommended!

Pros:

Cool looking?

Cons:

Burnt my skin, didn't help the pimple, expensive, ineffective

I think it just depends on the person. I saw a lot of great reviews and did a ton of research before buying my zeno, and then it ended up being a total disappointment. It burnt my skin, made the area around the pimple sore, didn't improve the acne (if anything, it made it worse), and was not worth the money in any sense. Also, even if this does end up working ok for you, the replacement tips cost a crap load of money and need to be changed frequently.
