Pros:

If used as described IT REALLY WORKS!

Cons:

Cost of Cartridges.

I have had adult Acne for 10 years. Tried Accutane (worked for a year.) And I've tried every prescription out there. No luck. The only thing i havent tried that i'd love to is LEVULAN/BLUELIGHT treaments (not in the state where i live) So, i tried the Zeno. It really does cut the life of the cyst in half if you catch it at the first sign of soreness under the skin. Although i treat the area many more times than the booklet recommends (on some that i know will be huge and take weeks to go down) and it really works!! If you can afford to use it often, than buy it. One or two treatments per cysts wont cut it!

Pros:

Works very well on deep, cystic acne. Like the product info/instructions CLEARLY state, catch the pimple early before it "surfaces" and Zeno will reduce it to a light red mark instead of a huge scarring zit.

Cons:

Expensive. And 80% of my acne is NOT cystic, so I still have acne. However, Zeno is not advertised as a cure-all.

Cystic pimples are the most painful, most noticeable, and leave the biggest scars. It costs a lot.. bu for me it's absolutely worth the $ to eliminate cysts.

Pros:

Works well! The heat is quite soothing, and not that painful.
30-day money back guarantee.
Makes cute little beeping noises. And it doesn't dry out your skin.

Cons:

Leaves red marks on your skin after you use it. Luckily, those go away within an hour.
Replacement tips are costly.
I use the Zeno mini, and as much as I enjoy it being portable, it uses up batteries like crazy! Takes 2 1/2 minutes each treatm

Zeno isn't for those who have severe acne, because it's just a spot treatment. However, it does work wonders! Although on the box it says that it'll clear up a zit in 2 or 3 treatments - that is not true. It takes like 10. And also, the zeno mini takes uses batteries up like crazy, so if you use that, I suggest getting rechargable batteries. Even when you put fresh batteries inside of it, the zeno will still say that it has low battery. Just ignore it. You just have to work around it, although that can be a pain in the butt. If you can afford it and don't have severe acne, then I would highly recommend it. And even if it doesn't work for you, there is a great 30-day money back guarantee that comes with it, so you can easily return it and not waste your money. :)

Pros:

It works for me. Spots that normally take a week to die are gone in 24-48 hours.

Cons:

It's pricey, and replacing the tips can be inconvenient.

It only works on certain types of "spot" (I don't know all the terminology) as it says in the instruction book (I wonder how many reviewers actually read it) but if you have the type of spot that are the larger red lumps under the skin which never "erupt" but just hurt, and you get them as soon as you start to feel that "incoming" pain, this thing will kill them. A dermatologist would be able to tell you if your particular acne would respond.

Pros:

Goes to work quickly on cystic-type bumps below the skin surface;
good for monthly hormonal flare-ups on the chin

Cons:

Pricey little gadget!

I use this whenever I get one of those pesky bumps on my chin. It is important to use the Zeno as soon as you feel the nodule coming up. I use this no more than a total of three times (once morning, once evening and then once next morning) on the bump and it stops it dead in its tracks. When I didn't have the Zeno, no other topical would work for me and the nodule would just hang around for what seemed like forever. The Zeno really lessened the time the bump was around. I was very impressed. Does burn a little, so be sure to let it rest lightly on the skin (don't press hard).
